Alot of fun. Cant wait to go back. Staff were incredibly helpful.

Nice place but unfair services. Promised 11 laps or 8 min. Stopped kids cars regularly when they bumped into barricades, to give advice, slowing down others (by remote) Finished by only 5 laps!Kids were very unhappy and did not want to come back again!Go carting is to enjoy racing and the speed. If we wanted to go slow, we would have enjoyed bullock- carts!Five laps for 20 bucks each is too much to pay! We paid $140 for 7 kids. Even they understood this. Don't go if you are going with small kids unless they are all equal paced. Will not go back.Indeed, I have spoken with the lady at the reception and she kind of shrugged her shoulders as if she could not do anything about it. None of our kids got 9-10 laps nor did they get extra time. I am talking about 7 kids and you are mentioning about 8 kids. Please check with your receptionist at that time.I also asked her to escalate my complaint to the supervisors.I am now surprised that she did not make a report or an incident report when a customer complained and neither do I see an apology in your reply. You should first verify the facts from your side before writing so.Anyway, my intention in writing this review is not to damage your business but to improve it for the better and to tell other customers as to how to utilize the service better and what they should expect and be prepared.

It was a nice place to have fun with friends and family. But lately they’ve been doing bad even their tracks are getting worse.I went there beginning of September . I booked a head of time for my group privately, but still we ended up waiting for another half an hour, and not only that but they added another group with us. It was overly crowded for such track. We got pumped almost the whole time but still none of employees bothered to say anything about it even though it is part of the rules!After the race finished, we talked to the staff about our experience and what they did IGNORED us!! They didn’t even bother to reply to us or look at us… just walked away! Very unprofessional and disrespectful! Worse customer service. Not only they wasted our money & time waiting but also ruined the whole experience and made it even worse with their attitude. I don’t recommend this place.PS the receptionist lady was very friendly but the rest of the staff down are horrible.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an older participant who needed extra assistance and they were very accommodating.Be warned though, it is physically demanding, and those unaccustomed to driving may wish to limit their ride to one session initially. The accelerator requires some pressure to attain maximum velocity, and the steering takes a strong firm grip, especially at slower speeds.All in all, I judged it good value for the money.

Gotta love kartbahn. Super fast, super fun. Staff are always friendly. Highly recommended checking this place out if you are in Halifax!

3 stars for a 5 star racing experience... Why?First off, I rarely write a negative review. My 10 and 12 yr old girls and I booked ahead a couple of races (as Kartbahn recommends on their website). The girls at reception were great! The racing was so much fun.However, I take away one star because the 2 guys down at the track need training in how to treat the customers that pay for them to have a job. I have a service based business and no matter what, the customer deserves to be treated well, meaning they get a smile, a please and thank you, a pleasant tone of voice, etc.I take away another star since they opened at 2 p.m. and we had a booking for 2 p.m. they made us wait to 35 minutes while they did what they called routine maintenance. We were on a tight schedule with a four hour drive ahead of us, why isn't routine maintenance done before racing hours begin? We had 2 races booked and had to wait another 20 min for the 2nd race. So 1 hr 45 min for 2 - 8 minute races. (and 120 $)Their instructions to the drivers were very curt. Both of my daughters, being young and first time drivers had a crash. The guys responses was what happened? Oh

Great fun! Will be coming back again soon... Definitely recommend for a bit of competition between friends, an office team-building outing, or for some fun with the family! Carts are fast, track is interesting, and it's a surprisingly good workout too!

Have been there several times, their stuff is very nice and kind, their karts are electric karts so different karts performance some times vary a lot. They can book private events which is awesome.

So this is the first time I've ever done this. However it was something I will be doing again! The team that was there to help set us up, explain the rules, and guide us through what we needed to do did a fantastic job. It was safe, fun, and well worth the money we paid.
