Was threatened to have police called on me once the reservation was not able to be fulfilled.Disrespectful and rude.Lost my credit card number and drivers license. Untrustworthy.

Reservation wasn't kept. We did get a credit for that not being held..they tried to accommodate but with a rental from a location that would have added over an hour extra to get to and we were informed the day before the move which put us in a very difficult position. Shouldn't have taken the online booking in the first place of not able to deliver imo. Would not be my first choice ever again at any location, unfortunately.

Booked a 15” truck for my moving almost a month before, went to pick up the truck on my moving out day and came to know they don’t have the trailer as it was rented out the day before and they haven’t gotten it back. They didn't even have the courtesy to give a call to let me know this earlier and screwed up my whole plan. In short, please take this review listen and previous reviews seriously before you rent a truck from here or simply go to a different location as this seems to be a consistent pattern here!
