Ken is a great guy, I called him and described what was wrong with my Dodge Charger and he told me exactly how to fix it over the phone. The guy charged me nothing. 1st stop knows how to do a wheel alignment properly. They also have some cool animals in their shop. I’ll use them again.

Had a broken light bulb 20 minutes before my drivers test and they replaced it right away with no hassle. Thanks guys I passed my driver's test because of you

I went to this place, first of job was not done right and had to return, when i did i was not treated with respect, as a customer returning after a job was not done right, i would expect some kindness and understanding. They do not respect clients of other races and some snide things were bring said and laughed about. walking in the place is filthy, the reception area is more dirty than the garage which is discusting even for a garage. It reeks of cigarettes. Ken sits and plays Solitaire and makes you wait before attending to you while the mechanic does not listen and is careless with the vehicles while moving them ect. There is multiple cats and dogs that look so dirty and bowls are extremely dirty too. What are animals doing living in a garage shop??? I will not return and i do not recommend.

After numerous calls around town looking for some used tires, Ken was the first person who actually took the time to talk to me. I told him what I was looking for, and that I was on a limited budget.The size of tire I am looking for was not available, but he did find some new tires that was able to fit into my limited budget. The customer service that Ken has provided is excellent.

Would not recommend due to lack of listening and lack of communication. called the week before appointment and asked for a quote on how much it would be to have my air condition diagnosed so that I could possibly have it scheduled to get fixed. I had mentioned that I don't want to fix it especially if it needs replacing, told me never to google anything about my car because google is always wrong (granted there is a lot of information but I do know how to get a general idea what I am looking for on there EG. cost of parts/cost to replace something specific). He told me and my mom that if they did come up with something upon an exam and diagnosis (hourly shop rate)of the car then they would go from there. He did NOT mention on the phone that there would be a minimum $205 recharge fee of the air conditioner in order to test the AC unit. also not once did I actually talk to the person who fixed it my car. The office is a mess and very dirty, so if you need to wait id recommend going else where.

We were leaving Spruce Grove at 3 pm on Friday on a long weekend, when all my lights started flashing and I lost my power steering. After pulling into a parking lot and looking under the hood my serpentine belt was shredded. I started calling around to auto shops. No one would help me because they were shutting down for the weekend, until I reached Ken at first stop auto. He gave me step by step instructions on how to get my car to his shop without having to call a tow truck. After I got there he stayed late calling every where he could to try to find parts for my car. I had 3 pulleys that were vibrating on top of the belt being torn to shreds. We couldn’t get the parts till Tuesday but he sure tried hard to get them there for me before the weekend. On Tuesday Ken fixed the car and got us on the road without having to replace the pulleys and it was a fraction of the quoted cost. We are super happy!!!! and will not take our car any where else than first stop auto. If you need car repairs you should make FIRST STOP AUTO your only stop. Fair, honest and reliable service.Thanks so much Ken!!!!

Car was doing some funky stuff so I brought it in. The gentleman was very friendly and helped me out even though they had a full schedule and I got my car back the same day. Shop closes at 5:30 but he stayed at the shop until I could pick up my car at 6. Thank you for your help! Car runs nice and smooth now.

i got a set of tires changed over on to summer rims got them home one of the stick on weights had fell off no big deal took it back to get it fixed old guy was very rude and wanted to charge me to redo the work they had done the day prior and didn't want to do it in a timely manner will never go back save yourself the hassle of dealing with this disgusting shop
