Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I just visit to the store the lady name kuru was horrible. I asked her to play wheel of fortune but she played megadice instead. and she didn’t even gave me ticket. That was valid for tonight draw. Bad service i’ll never visit again……

The lady at the cashier was very rude. I received an Petro-Canada’s e-gift card but there were some issues with the card. She tried scanning the card twice but the system restart automatically when the card was scanned. We were both confused, however, the Indian lady was very mean to me. She keeps saying “you are making thing harder for me”. When I asked her if she knows what’s going on, she was very impatient and answers “I don’t know, asked them”. I am being polite to her and I have no idea what is going on with petro’s gift card and the system. I don’t see why should she blame me for something that is apparently not my mistake? Moreover, it only takes her less than one minutes waiting for the system to restart. After all it’s an very unpleasant experience.

Really rude staff. Went to pay for my pump and an attendant named Kiku began screaming at me for some reason and began asking for my ID while I was trying to pay for my pump? Bad customer service I do not recommend this location.

Terrible experience with car washing and gas! Drive all the way through traffic just to get yelled at by the male cashier telling me to leave and find another place!Horrible customer service! Instead of helping customer to solve the problem, they ignored the customer’s issue. Do not recommend!

Went to the gas station to show the employee how theres still soap on my car and shes like its not her responsibility.Don’t trust their carwash machine!

Lady attendant working on the night of July 12, 2021: quit working here and find a new job. Very disrespectful towards customers and clearly discriminates towards individuals of the same background as her (illegal in this country). She yelled at me for being unable to insert my card and continued forcefully asking me to pay when clearly, her machine was still processing the transaction. New Canadians need to learn that the pillar of our society is customer service. Maybe it’s time to buy a book on how to behave as a human being? Never returning to this location.

I went to wash my car today and the 3 digit code didn't work at the machine.. I pressed dor help and the lady was very rude and told me to restart the app.. I told her I did that twice... I went inside to the cashier and showed her.my 3 month pass and asked her to print me out a wash scan so I can wash my car... she refused to and told me to leave and go somewhere else.. another customer was there as well and said the cashier was being so rude and she should be printing you out a wash scan reciept.. she deserved to be fired for being so rude... I had a similar issue at the other location on kennedy and 7 and they printed a scan code for me so why the heck couldn't she do it. I asked for her manager's name first she didn't want to give it then finally told me her name is Mariam.. I hope someone takes action on this horrible experience. This happened today around 625pmUPDATE!!! I contacted customer service and they took complaint down and they said when it comes to the car wash the cashier or the attendant is able to print off a scan receipt so that we can go ahead with our car wash

Horrible service, do not go there to support a place that's rude! Was paying for gas and didn't have my physical Petro Points card, so I showed my card info stored on Stocard (which worked at other locations), the man rudely said I told you before you need to update the app"

I was a loyal customer, I called to see if they had an item in stock (which I’ve done many times as it’s a drive for me to get to their location) and told me I had to come in and wouldn’t give me this information over the phone. Absolutely pathetic.
