By far the nicest and cleanest pet store around!! All of their pets are so well looked after! Cages are spacious and clean with ample toys!! I remember being at another pet store just off of Ellice and seeing birds in a tiny glass case with literally 1 toy. I left there so upset! Petland will definitely be my go to store! Thank you for providing a great environment for these little critters!

I was helped by 3 wonderful and knowledgeable ladies, whose expertise made my pet adoption go smoothly. I had a ton of questions and they were very patient with me. Excellent service. They Also have the best selection in bird supplies I've come across thus far.

The customer service is very hit and miss and the prices are not worth it.One of the staff suggested I come back another day because she was busy I already had over $100 worth of supplies in my hands and I just wanted to purchase some dwarf shrimp. She forgot to write the price on the bag and would not respond to her coworker calling her. Then was very sassy to her coworker as she yelled across the store.There is a Petsmart on Empress with great customer service and better prices on aquarium plants and most equipment.

Good placeBut the employee's all say something different for a 10 gallon tank. 1 lady said only 3 fish max,a guy told me 6 fish max,another lady said 5 fish max. Need better training on the fish

Had an amazing experience at polo park Petland. The young lady that helped us with our fish selection was amazing , it was actually her first day of work at that store! She was very knowledgeable and answered my 8 yr old son’s questions with patience. This store has a very wide variety of pet products and the hamsters are just adorable.

Love the space and interacting with the animals. However, from a business standpoint point I was there 45min to close, talking to the ladies. Not once was I asked what I was looking for or informed that there was a deadline for adopting a hamster. I walked around looking for the items I needed for a hamster. When I gathered all the products and asked about the dwarf hamsters it was 20min to close and they said it was too late. I was shocked, but everything happens for a reason and I found everything I needed for half the price on facebookmarket place. I would have purchased it all there. That was a $200 sale that just walked away. Ouch!

Great place to come shop and Browse!As a fish keeper I can confirm that their aquatic selection is well taken care of and would recommend coming here and talking to their manager if you have questions. He's super knowledgeable and friendly!
