Bruce and all the staff at KKP are wonderful to work with. Very efficient and very quick to fix any issue that might happen. In the many many years of service received by them, there has only been one issue with my envelope order and this was rectified immediately and a new batch was delivered within days. Tim was amazing and diligent in formulating then making 3D prototypes of a fan switch for a broan best hood fan. Broan doesn’t make the switch part. Final results were awesome and fit the switch plate perfectly. Thanks for running all the prototypes to get to the perfect fit! Final pricing was well below every other time and materials quote I received. Thanks Tim for all your efforts in making the switch for us!
