Booster Juice
Went there at 8PM April 18th. Was told the machine is closed for the day, when the store closes at 10. When asked for a manager, was advised an “exception” can be made and the drink was made with attitude. Rude staff and terrible customer service.

I usually love this location but the employees have recently been very cold and unfriendly or almost rude. And Unfortunately the girl in training who was there last night, was struggling to make my Tropi-Kale properly, and the girl training her did go over to help add stuff to make it thicker, but she did not check the final product, and I was then served a smoothie that did not taste as it usually does, that was too thick to drink, and that had countless chunks of ice and mango and banana to the point where I actually couldn’t drink it because the straw was getting clogged every sip. At least quality check when training people… like common..

Very bad customer service today had experience she is not paying attention to customer and upon request we are getting late to drop my daughter to school, she is presenting hard attitude she said she can refuse service and she did, as customer I felt bad that we are giving business and treating us like baggers asking free food.Very much disappointed, requesting Franchise to pay attention to customer service to treat customer with respect. Thanks

Date of visit: June 14, 2023. Time: between 7pm to 8pmBad customer service from two privileged White girls. When I asked one of the girls about what kind of yogurt they use for a specific drink, she looked confused but answered. I asked a follow-up question and the other White girl approached and answered.I asked a final question about the yogurt and the first White girl responded, I can go and check for you." They then started looking at each other with annoyance and disgust.Toxic privileged staff."

Ordered Ginger hammer today at 2:45 pm .. it has so much ginger tasted so bad as if they Intentionally made it this way because the amount of ginger was insane .. it felt like ginger juice with little bit of apple and carrots . $9 down the drain . Would not recommend this place.

Customer service sucks here! Rude employees except for one young lady, she was super friendly! Feel like she may not stick around as the environment seems very toxic. The rest of the employees always have an attitude when dealing with customers. Always Rolling their eyes, have a condescending tone when addressing questions and clearly have issues when placing orders. Never again coming to this branch. They clearly don't want to serve.

Arrived at 9:30pm and staff member locked the door as I approached the door. Store timings online and on shop front display 10pm closing. Waited 10 mins in case it was locked for a toilet break but staff was no where to be seen despite all lights and open sign light up.
