Although the website isn't as clear as it should be and need some tweaks, the fact that you responded so quickly and gave me options and alternatives was really wonderful. Especially when it's such a time sensitive request. I appreciate everything you did.

Stacy was a pleasure to work with. She did a great job for my daughters 1st birthday. Very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and very responsible. She kept in contact during the process and provided regular updates. In regards to the decor for the birthday, it was completed on time and exactly how we imagined it. I would highly recommend her services as she was great to work with.

I was looking for something unique to send for a 50th birthday present. The arrangement from Blooms and Balloons was exactly what I was looking for! It was stunning and so much more exciting to gift than just a bouquet of flowers. The birthday girl LOVED the surprise!Stacy herself is incredible!! She went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute schedule change for the delivery. 10/10 for communication! Her responses were quick. She was very accommodating and you cannot beat her level of customer service. I was a first time customer but I will now be a long time customer. Thank you Stacy!!!

Absolutely the best customer service!! Listen! Stacy the owner was so pleasant and the gift I bought looked exactly like she had in the displays. These days a lot of businesses use wrong images to lure in customers and when received it is nothing!! Like you ordered, but Blooms & Balloons is surely reputable. My friend was extremely pleased with her gift and so am I for choosing the right business to do business with. And you can get live customer support and not just waiting on email response even if you are millions of miles away because I am in Jamaica. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

My experience ordering from Blooms and Balloons was absolutely impeccable! Stacy, the owner was so kind and exceeded my expectations in creating multiple stunning welcome baby arrangements. Every person that saw these flowers was in awe of the personalized details and immense quality in the arrangements. Stacy was easy to reach, answered all my questions and was so helpful in arranging delivery.
