Great office with very caring, competent staff. Both Dr. Taylor and Dr. Edwards always take the time the explain everything. Any issues are quickly resolved. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Never ever have either of our boys waited longer than 2 minutes for their appointment after they have signed in. We were referred here by our dentist and although it's out of town for us, the drive is worth it because the level of professionalism is top notch!

Dr. Mike Taylor and Dr. Lance Edwards are gifts from God. I took my daughter to three other orthodontists before I finally got lucky. Ironically, I was told about Dr. Taylor by an assistant who worked for another orthodontist who told us that my daughter would never have perfect teeth and, more disturbingly, that he could dismiss us as patients if he wanted to. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Edwards met with us and they proved otherwise! My daughter has an absolutely beautiful smile now and we are so extremely grateful to them both for not only their professionalism but for their kindness. They have hired staff who also embody their genuine caring, and there was never a time that I worried about the care they were providing. Dr. Taylor is also well known to my daughter's oral surgeon at Sick Kids, and when he found out that Dr. Taylor was her orthodontist, he gave us a huge thumbs up of approval. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Edwards made me look like an awesome parent for giving my daughter the gift of a gorgeous smile. I have the highest respect for them both!

I could not be happier with the care, service and attention to detail that I have received from Drs. Taylor and Edwards and the staff. My son and I both received orthodontic services and I would highly recommend them to persons of any age.

Dr. Taylor is terrible. He is rude, arrogant and unconcerned about his patients. At first I was confident in my decision to use him. But that quickly took a turn for the worst.He screwed up the procedure and told me I had to come back to get it redone. IN 12 WEEKS! um, I don't effin think so.... im not going to wait that long for something that HE screwed up. I asked for a refund but that wasn't going to happen.Anyways, its a long story that ended up with me being super unhappy and frustrated!Take a word of advice- do not use Dr. Taylor!!its a huge risk with a small reward. Lots of other competent Orthodontists to use.

Just completed my treatment with Dr. Taylor and am very pleased with the results. They are very thorough, professional and accommodating. The staff at the office are very courteous and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Both my brother & I had serious work done on our teeth & it took extensive care & time to create perfection. Although it was a difficult task to take us on, these orthodontists did it & we are very pleased with the outcome.
