We had an unusual project where a piece of land was to be brought to life visually. After the first contact I knew we had found the right person for the job in Jeff. The pictures and drone videos turned out perfect and exactly what we wanted. The contact was super nice and we'd love to do it again anytime. Thank you very much.

Jeff and Jenn - where do we begin? You two are so much fun to work with and made everyone feel so relaxed on our wedding day. You both have insanely creative visions that may feel strange at first but the photos turn out stunning each and every time! Your work is so beautiful - we are blown away by our photos. The colors in your photos are so rich and real and accurately take us back to our wedding day when we look at them over and over again. Everyone at our wedding raved about how fun, caring and patient you were. We cannot recommend you both enough!

This was my first time getting any kind of professional photos done, and I was blown away by both the level of professionalism and artistry in Jeff's studio. During the shoot, we tried several shots, and I was astonished at the end at how much the photos display my character and persona! I would recommend Jeff's photography to anyone needing professional photos done while in Halifax, and would definitely return should I ever need some new headshots the future.

Jenn Nauss and Emma Perry were incredible to work with - they brought an amazing balance of professionalism, kindness, empathy, and humour to the day. They were incredibly judicious in their approach, knowing when to jump into action to organize us for the more formal photos, and when into fade into the background and capture the special, hidden moments of the wedding day. We are so happy with our wedding photos by Cooked Photography. Seriously, we can’t say enough good things about Jeff. He’s extremely talented and professional. He knows exactly what he’s doing and the photos were worth every penny! He rolled with the punches when the pandemic caused us to change the wedding date, and again when COVID continued to mess with plans. He never missed a beat and delivered with photos that brought us to tears. We got everything we wanted and more! Jeff and Jen have been amazing since day one! Right from the first phone call I was put at ease and excited to work with them. They captured our vision and shared it perfectly. The quality of their photos is of course well above standard. They are incredibly creative and made sure we would have unique wedding photos to be proud of. Jen and Jeff are also wonderful and personable people. They made us feel welcome, and they clearly demonstrate a passion for their art. Another fun fact - Jeff is VERY tall and even though I come from a family of super short people, he STILL managed to blend in with the crowd so well that he was able to get sneak photos that captured us in emotional or candid moments. These are the memories I will cherish, and he captured a lasting keepsake of them. We had SO much fun at our VERY rainy and stormy wedding and Jen and Jeff were the best sports. They got DRENCHED and kept smiling. I'm so pleased with them and if I ever have any other occasion for a photographer I will hire them in a second.

Wow headshots with Jeff was such a fun experience! I cannot recommend him enough. He effortlessly made me feel comfortable in front of the camera and you could tell he was immersed in his craft. Our experience with Jenn Nauss and Jeff Cooke was a highlight of our wedding day. Not only were our photos beyond gorgeous and so meaningful in every way- they both captured the day so well, they were a joy to work with, a pleasure to hang out with and just 'got' our vibe almost like they were guests who would've been invited to the wedding anyways! ;) In addition to amazing shots of us on our special day, we are particularly grateful for all of the amazing shots of our guests. It’s like we are watching a documentary of the day in stills.
