Really interesting salad, I loved the vegan cheese but felt the buffalo flavour could have been more present and not just on the small amount of croutons.

WOW!!! I can’t believe I haven’t tried this place yet in Winnipeg. I’ve always heard great things and I must say, everyone was right. This place is delicious. The quinoa salad was probably my favourite dish. My mom’s favourite was the Thai wrap, it was yummy! The bikini bottom smoothie…yum!!! I’m literally drooling while writing this review and I haven’t even touched on the dessert. That double chocolate cheesecake was PHENOMENAL!!! We can’t wait to try the Winnipeg location now. This is high on the list of new favourites. HIGHly recommend this place.

It's usually good from there but they really need to do some deep cleaning of the dining area and work areas it's really dirty In there. I'm not complaining about the rotting hardwood floor either but like it's pretty dirty for a foodservice establishment.

Nice to have a Juice Bar in Selkirk. The smoothies and sandwiches were excellent. The Fancy Grilled Cheese sandwich was small but tasted great. The Santa Fe wrap was quite large and also tasted great.The menu has expanded with new taisty wraps and smoothies.

Stopped in for lunch. Sweet Potato soup was easily one of the best sweet potato soups I've ever had. The Beet salad was delicious. Perfectly seasoned.I've had their vegan cheesecakes on a couple of occasions and I personally love the mocha cheesecake. Zero complaints. Service, prices, quality of food was all great.

The paninis, juice, and smoothies taste delicious. Just wish the veggies were cut thinner for the sandwiches/paninis; cucumber and tomatoes slices were too thick to enjoy in the sandwich. They also had lots of sauce which I liked.

This place is so great! We order the Thai wraps with chick pea salad regularly, delicious! The vegan cheesecakes are also insanely good, favorites are the carrot, birthday and cappuccino
