Unprofessional people i by accidently called there client they said I’m unprofessional by calling them really don’t understand where I went wrong when they provided me with his company name wouldn’t recommend this at all

I had applied for a bricklayer position and told it was an immediate start, full time and steady hours. I went in on a friday, gave copies of all my certifications, I.D. I was then told at the end of the interview that the company wanted me to start Monday and I would get a text the following day with the address of the site. I heard nothing back. I called, emailed, and texted on Tuesday after hearing nothing. The agency gave an excuse, and that work would start the following week. They've been playing games ever since.Good luck getting a hold of them when you need them, not when they need you.Edit: the reply to this comment is false. I was told I would be starting work on Monday, and would be given the location and further details the Sunday before. There was never any maybe you'll work on Monday". They took my sin and id and all my personal information.They never called me to let me know and only replied to my email/calls 2 weeks later. They couldn't even think of offering me another gig."

Very helpful, we have been using them for years and always supply quality people. Hard working and show. So much so that we have retained them as permanent employees. Highly recommend to any buisness needing temp or permanent staff

I have a genuinely wonderful experience with (Arslan Sir , Avocation Employment ) and he is the one I contacted. I honestly say I have greatest experience working with him compared to other agencies in Canada. I have never before seen it as a good agency and they don't even cut your pay like other agencies in Canada, they just give as the company pay rates no deduction which is unbelievable. If you truly want to make the money at high rates and want skilled or semi- skilled work , then avocation employment is best option in GTA.

Very unprofessional. I was continually called bro after sending my ID like the recruiter was assuming I'm a street kid or teenager. Being black doesn't give you rights to reference to me as your bro.
