Had a problem with my Ecobee Smart Thermostat. Talked to Stan and he was so helpful and patient! I phoned him on several occasions and we solved the problem! Thanks Stan, your enthusiasm and patience were much appreciated! I have had a Geosmart unit for 8 years and it has been faultless!

We have used these guys since 2012. They have knowledgeable attentive. We are proud of our geothermal system and strongly recommend them to all.

I purchased a used Geosmart Premium G model. I installed it myself. Note, this is not a typical DIY project, so I would not attempt this unless you have a really good understanding of how the system works. I am a qualified HVAC designer. I ran into some difficulties because I couldn't find an installer for the equipment, since I did not purchase it from as installer directly. I am really glad I bought a Geosmart, since Stan was incredibly supportive of my DIY installation efforts. He gave me some tips and provided support in a few key areas. I will always be a strong supporter of Geosmart products.

We have loved our Geo - until this year. We have had numerous problems with our unit. We have had an approved dealer come in to fix the unit - they have been in contact with Geosmart and have been advised by them for each repair, yet each repair has not got our geo working.Our unit is under warranty. We have been trying to get it working since April. It is now September. We are getting into colder days and winter is coming. Stan, the CEO, has been less than helpful and seems to be VERY UNWILLING to honour the warranty.SUPER disappointed in the lack of customer service and standing behind your product!!!!!!

This company is amazing. It's taken something that was already amazing which is geothermal energy and made it even more user-friendly and accessible to everyone.Their equipment is well made and they taken care of every detail to ensure the installation goes smoothly.These guys think of everything and take a lot of the stress out of an installation for you by giving you the right advice and the right parts the first time. There's no running around at the last minute looking for fittings to make it work.

GeoSmart Energy truly is the most experienced and respected name in geothermal heating and cooling.

I have no dealings with this company except that a local subcontractor installed their equipment for us two years ago. it has functioned wonderfully!!! I am thankful for this day in. day out. winter and summer!!!Allen

I have 2 heat pumps working on a lake loop system in rural BC. The technical support from the installation contractor was reasonable but expensive due to travel time to get here. I started talking directly to Stan and have found him extremely supportive and caring. We have power stability issues that has resulted in control board failures as well as issues with contractors and capacitors. Stan has spent hours on the phone with me to diagnose the issues and has sent replacement parts that have arrive to Calgary overnight. The support I have received is above all that I would expect. Stan cares deeply about his product and ensures customer satisfaction.
