Our car's check engine light went on while travelling through Aldergrove, on the highway. I googled what garages were around and made a bunch of calls. This was on a Friday before a Thanksgiving weekend so everything was packed, nobody was able to help us.Until I called Abe! We limped the car over and he had me pull in immediately, diagnosed the error to be a misfiring sparkplug and even though he had another job on the go him and his crew were able to get to the bottom of the issue and ordered a replacement plug within 30 minutes.Unfortunately the delivery of said plug took an hour or so, but they were good company while waiting and very reassuring and confident. That's what someone really needs when their vacation plans suddenly are up in smoke with a broken vehicle.Plug arrived, they got it installed and we were immediately back in business and all for a VERY reasonable price. The car survived the next 800km's of driving that trip without any issues and we owe it all to Abe and his crew.Very much recommended, they're great guys and do great work for a great price, we're so thankful we made the call to Abe's Auto Service :)Thanks again Abe!

This review is nearly a year overdue - but that should serve as a testament to how great Abe is that I've come to leave this review nearly 9 months after my repair. I was travelling to the coast from the Okanagan last summer alone with my 2 small children with me when suddenly my SUV started making loud banging noises that we could feel in the car. Abe's Auto Service was the closest shop on Google Maps and I proceeded to hobble over there. Upon my arrival he immediately stopped what he was doing to attend to my situation and inspect the vehicle - a true gentleman's response to a scared and stressed mother. He made me feel comfortable and at ease and proceeded to test drive the SUV while we made arrangements to get picked up. He worked with my remote husband over the phone, to discuss the repair and part options and keep the cost as affordable as possible. My car was repaired within days (and the only delay was the part arrival) and he completely exceeded my expectations for that while keeping the final bill to his estimated cost. Abe is a stand-up man AND mechanic and I highly recommend his shop for any automotive services you may need!

Knowledgeable, great prices and repairs are done close to time stated. Not like others. But if they don't have the part they will look at other stores to find it first and not just order it waiting for a week or more.
