From the measuring to the installation this company has been fabulous! Every time I've called they have returned my call and answered all questions. The man who came to measure was very polite and efficient. Tarik, our installer, was also polite and professional. All of our blinds came out perfect! I would recommend AJ Blinds to everyone! Working with AJ's Custom Installations LLC for our custom shutters was a great experience! Jonathan came out and explained the whole process and provided many different options. He's incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. It's hard to find people who understand great customer service, and Jonathan excels in service and satisfaction. We had our shutters installed by Jonathan and Suad two days ago and they look better than I imagined! They both worked diligently and efficiently.....very careful to clean up as they went. Once the shutters were installed, Jonathan explained everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend AJ's Custom Installations and especially Jonathan and Suad! Great work by A J custom installations for installing blinds through Lowes as it was great. Jonathan called before arriving and was super nice and humbleand installed all blinds on time and they look super cool. Only small issue we have to wait 2 weeks to get the date of installation.Loved the whole experience of Lowes and AJ custom service.

AJ's Custom Installations have a wide selection of blinds and options for your home depending on what you are looking for. I needed a solar shade and got exactly what I wanted. Great look and quality. They take pride in what they do and are making sure that their customers are satisfied, from initial consultation until the installation. My wife and I just had Graber plantation shutters installed in eight windows (in two bedrooms and two bathrooms) by AJ's Custom Installations LLC. The quality of the product is superb and AJ's made quick work of the installation this morning. We are beyond satisfied. What great people AJ's has, from the office/admin lady who kept us informed throughout the process as to our installation date and all the way through the actual installation today. The installer was a real pro, arriving at our home right on time and completing the entire install in just a few hours. The shutters look beautiful and it has been a real pleasure dealing with a professional organization such as AJ's Custom Installations LLC. We highly recommend AJ's for all your window treatment needs!

I have never worked with a company that was as unresponsive as AJ’s Custom installation! I ordered blinds through Lowe’s at White Oak and they use AJ’s as contractors to install blinds and I wish they didn’t! I tried to contact them so many times and not once did anyone actually pick up the phone. Then, they would never contact you back if you left a message. The only reason someone finally called was because I called Lowe’s manager upset about how I had already paid my money to have the blinds installed and yet I can’t even talk to someone about actually getting them installed! It took weeks just trying to set up an appointment with them! I really don’t believe all of the positive reviews on here, they’re probably just family and friends. The one honest review I could find was another gentleman who had the same exact issue as I did where he stated they were unorganized and unresponsive. I will never recommend anyone to order blinds from Lowe’s and/or use AJ’s Custom Installation.

This was my first time getting custom motorized shades. I’ve been waiting patiently for installation and it was worth the wait. I ordered shades for all of my windows on the first floor, except 2. The shades are so beautiful, I decided to get them on every level of the house. It’s a little pricey, but definitely worth every penny. The best part about this company is, if you have any issues in the future with your shades or blinds, they will come back free of charge. Also from the brand I have, I’m able to use my remote control for up to 15 windows. Amazing! Installation was quick and he showed me how to use the remote control and it came with a bracket to mount the remote control on the wall. I love love love my shades. I highly recommend this company to all homeowners!

Best customer service and impeccable installation. I learned of them through a referral from a neighbor and decided to call them for a quote for a new single family home we were purchasing, it was around the holidays but they were very responsive and accommodating to come and take measurements right away; after we decided to move ahead, their execution was impressive and they kept our order on track and within the promised time frame. The installer Johnathan was not only incredibly nice but did a fantastic job! Selma, who came to measure and provide the quote, and all the rest of the staff we interacted with were all great and very professional! Totally recommend to get all your window coverings with AJ's Custom Installations!!!
