Rented the Belmont Suite at their Hillbrook Ridge location for shortly over a year prior to purchasing a house and had a great experience as a first time townhouse renter. They also were pet-friendly which was a bonus. Jaycia and Alex were very helpful and easy to contact for all minimal issues that occurred while staying there.

Great company, great management.I've stayed at Hillbrook Ridge and it's definitely worth being here. I'm currently renting their 3 bedroom suite with the attached garage and it's just the best. Noise is extremely minimal, you can barely hear your neighbours under normal circumstances. The entire townhouse complex is pet-friendly while also exercising strict rules for any and all pet ownership inconveniences. As well as maintenance requests being filled very quickly, even for smaller things.Any sort of complication that comes up is always handled professionally and fair.Highly Recommended.

Worst rental experience. Repairs never get done, everything is cheap and falling apart. Maintenence is never done. New building and it's already run down, dirty and neglected. Landlords are a nightmare to deal with.
