Recommend Carter Bros. / Brandon Lawn Care for numerous reasons; value for your money, professional, knowledgeable but the main reason is their customer service is above par than any other landscaping company in Brandon. Will from Carter Bros. responded to my phone call within 24 hours, where others did not even call me back. He provided an estimate within days. The invoice reflected the quote; there weren't any hidden fees. Will arranged for the work to be done sooner than expected, which was fantastic. The staff were friendly, professional, on-time and if I had any questions they were always willing to answer. Quality customer service is hard to find. Carter Bros. / Brandon Lawn Care has earned my business. Highly recommend.

These guys are our go to team. We use them for spring and fall clean up but rely on them most for when we go away in the summer. We want to keep the place looking good and lived in. They do a great job of keeping it in great shape and are careful to do the finishing touches of trimming and the back alley. I know they do year round yard work and one day soon I expect we'll get them to do all the cutting and shoveling. The year round rates as very good and we know from experience they will do a fantastic job.

The staff are very professional and efficient. They go above and beyond to make sure the job gets done and ensure the clients are satisfied. We have hired many service personnel over the years but since hiring Carter Bros we will not use anyone else. The quality of service Carter Bros provides is outstanding and the customer service unmatched. Absolutely recommend using Carter Bros to everyone!

Amazing team. I have converted from another company and couldn't be happier. Will clearly treats his team well, and it shows in how proud they are of the work they do. I use the spring cleanup, mowing service, fertilizer and weed control, fall cleanup and snow removal in winter and after a full year of service have not had one complaint. Keep up the great work.
