Chopsticks On Pho
Always been having the regular Pho at other restaurants BUT the “Curry Pho” at Chopsticks on Pho amazed us & left us with WOW…what a pleasant surprise . A lightly taste of curry with options of seafood, beef, chicken, vegan, etc..is so unique! Almost forgot to mention the gigantic salads rolls! Loved the peanut sauce that go with it…Amazing staff and ambiance! A great spot for meetings and gatherings! ♥️

I never really leave a review, but I have to for this one. You could get better pho from other places and it would be cheaper. Not authentic, soup tastes like canned soup, and $5 for a pop is just ridiculous.

Chopsticks On Pho
This was our first time here for lunch. The decor was very nice, with a cute small fountain by the entrance, and black and white pictures of Vietnamese farmers and lots of plants. We ordered the pho and curry chicken. The price is the highest we have paid for pho at any vietnamese restaurant. The pho is not really authentic and the curry broth was just okay, but the chicken breast was thick and had no flavour. The most expensive pho in BC for its level. When we were there, although it was not busy at all, with only two other customers, we still had to wait more than 15 minutes for our food. I won't be back again.

Update: came back today with my boyfriend and a couple more friends and we order a tasting platter, the cold remedy chicken pho, the spicy beef Bun Bo Hue noodles, lychee Lime Drinks, amazing!!! Thank you for the wonderful food and service! ❤️It's an amazing place and the staff is so welcoming.Had a great night with my boyfriend.Will love to check this place out again .

I really enjoy the pho here and I am celiac. They have a lot of safe gluten free options that are clear from cross contamination as they do take allergies seriously. My favourite pho is the Bun Bo Hue it has a ton of amazing flavour and sometimes I find myself ordering it 3 times a week. I get it without the chicken balls as they have gluten in them but they give me extra rare beef and brisket instead. They use high quality meat and the thick noodles are very nice. It’s some of the best flavoured pho that I have ever had. The service is great and the owners are very friendly.

Never been so wanna try. We went for dinner. Very cozy and beautiful atmosphere indeed. Very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. So they got my 5 stars but for the foods, pretty pricy for pho noodle i think because of the way they deco, made all the dishes looking beautiful but the taste just like others pho restaurants. I tried their signature dishes were Prawns curry pho (choices of chicken, pork, beef) and basil fries rice with chicken. I liked the curry pho but I can't eat fried rice, it was weird taste for me. I'm from Thailand so stir fried basil is my food but I can't eat because she said yes, kinda fusion foods here so some like, some not. I really liked their fresh wrapped with shrimp and the sauce was really good. Ordered soup with meat balls for my kids. Came with only noodle and meat balls, not even have vegetables. They liked at first when it was warm, but later on they said too sweet, can't eat anymore. At least, good to check them out. Some I liked, some not
