excellent serviceThe female manager (forget her name) was very kind and professional.I went to the St Marys road Midas.They determined a trans leak that I had and made the repair after clearly explaining to me what was needed.Managers at this store seem to rotate a lot...I hope you keep this one for the long term

My husband and I brought our car in for an oil change and a weird noise. They did a full inspection, and the manager (blonde lady) explained everything and fixed our car the same day. Would recommend this shop it was our first time there and it was a great experience, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

I popped into this lovely garage after getting an oil change right next door. I needed to replace my rear brake light and Mr. Lube couldn’t handle it. Marcus had me out and driving legally 10 minutes later. I will be getting my future oil changes here as well! Thanks Marcus and Midas!

The manager Hayley is one of the most nicest, understanding person I have ever met. would recommend Midas at st Mary’s a thousand time.

Took son's tire in for a simple tire repair. Took 3 weeks. Went there to pick it up. Couldn't find the tire. Wow. The blonde girl was not sympathetic at all. She just didn't want to replace it at all. Kept stalling saying they had to wait for survalance tape from Toronto? What's up with that. Not once did she say sorry for the inconvenience. And that it was big time. I finally had to involve a different midas to try and resolve this situation. She just did not want to help us out at all. Then finally when they decided to fix there mess up. They gave my son the tire and rim without even putting the tire on the rim. Like we were inconvenienced her. Worst customer service skills ever had to deal with. 2 less customers for that location.

NEVER AGAIN!!!Hayley B the ''manager'' at the st mary's location has zero customer service skills.I went there this morning because I thought I smelled burning while driving. I asked her to check to see what's going to on let me know. She called me at 3pm to give me a list of things that needed to be repaired. I opted to have the front sway bar links & serpentine belt. she quoted $648.43. 10 min after hanging up I called back and asked if I could come get the car because I got a better deal elsewhere. she told me that they were almost done working on the car. HOW!!! IN 10 MIN? when I asked how is that possible , she told me that she could price match if I could come with a quote from the other mechanics. Elmwood auto service & another mechanic quoted $278.73, Hayley refused to price match , started raising her voice , telling me that she can't see the sku# on the picture & maybe I wrote that down. I didn't have the energy to argue, I paid and left but never again.

I was was forced to bring my car here for a simple tire change because everywhere else was booked up and they managed to even screw that up. They didn’t even bother to fill my tires which is about 25% of the work I paid them for. When I mentioned that the front driver’s tire was low and asked if it had been filled, they told me it had been filled and told me to drive on it. I honestly probably would have been better off leaving my winter tires on in plus 30 degree heat for a week rather than coming here.

Wow! I am so impressed! The afternoon of Winnipeg Pride my passenger side window stopped rolling up. After a brief moment of panic I decided to take my car to Midas on St.Marys to see if they could help. Haley the manager truly went above and beyond to get my car in and assist me so my partner and I could be on our way as soon as can be. I can't thank the team at Midas St.Marys enough for their help!

I cannot rave enough of the exceptional service I received here! They were quick and did a fantastic job on my oil change, as well they noticed that my front end brakes were going, Hayley B the manager spoke with me before they made any repairs and she was wonderful and informative! I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of maintenance!

They couldn't do my alignment I scheduled, which is fine. Their machine was broken, understandable! However the front desk blonde girl was very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. Would never return just based on how she spoke to me, horrendous customer care.Update they also left my hood open... how do you leave a hood open as a mechanic? Why did they open my hood too... strange. Negligence, incompetence or complete lack of care. Forever telling everyone to steer clear of midas. First appointment booked with them and lastNo one has called to give me help or answers and I still want to know why someone was under my hood.
