Had a great experience. Needed to get my skates moulded, an a nice older man in their skate department helped me right away and even gave me advice for their parking as I had no idea the store had underground customer parking. He was a great help! Thank you.

Exceptional customer service in the ski and snowboarding department - on a very competitive block to buy alpine ski gear and equipment.Andrew and Andy (technician) were helping me choose skis, ski boots, poles and a helmet. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and attentive, and provided guidance while letting me be a semi - picky customer. They weren't pushy, just helpful.The payment systems were failing us when I was trying to pay (which took some time), but they managed and were helpful in the process. (Advice to head office: Upgrades are needed to the payment system in the Snowboard/Ski shop)A very delightful experience overall and I can't wait to try out my new skis! Thanks for your help guys!790#

Poor selection of shoes and the sales people are immediately at your back as you walk in. Also the free parking is really poor. If you have an oversized vehicle (I’m talking even a car that’s bigger than a Prius), good look getting in or out. Plus the signs everywhere explaining how bad the theft is is a deterrent.

Like so many, many, many reviews - the service when calling in was brutal. Absolutely no bedside manner on the phone, and the tone and pace of the individual's voice suggested that speaking to a customer was the last" thing he wanted to do. With hundreds of poor reviews - does the executive and ownership even care? Apparently not. Strongly suggest that you shop elsewhere to send a message to such apathy."

I purchased a pair of ski bindings from here and wasn't too pleased with the overall service. I first called in checking if it was in stock and after 20 minutes on the phone they let me know it wasn't there.After ordering online and picking up the item, I opened the box to find that the bindings pictured online were not the same color as the ones I received. The bindings also seemed used and felt sticky despite being advertised as new.I still went in to have them installed into my skis and found out I needed to pay an additional installation fee despite being told it was included in my purchase. This was at a different location since the Broadway store does not have the equipment available. I was also told these models were the same" but just a different color.After researching the model I received

Today, I went there and ask them to open customer parking door. There is a lady answered and told me “hold on a sec”. I waited for five minutes for the door to open but it did not open. I called again and immediately told the same lady that I was still waiting. I'm opening right now

There's often a discrepancy between what is showing available online at this location and what's actually there. More often than not I go for shoes and find myself with a few other women looking at a tiny section on the wall (the men's section is easily twice as big) and I rarely can find my size here. I do like to order online and pick up at this store because it's convenient. I just wish they carried more shoes for women and that the clothing options were available for a size 14/16 woman. I left again without making a purchase today. The staff have always been good though.

Great store. A good variety of items. Staff are super friendly and helpful, sometimes hard to get one that isn't busy helping someone else however.
