It been a great place to live, lots of wild life and leah is a great manager. Free stuff left downstairs all the time! It's been wonderful and peaceful!

Absolute garbage company. Towed my jeep in less than 4 hours of parking. (Does not imply for the day, only at one time) I parked at 3 approximately and it's not even 6pm. Doesn't offer regular visitors parking so good luck having any friends or family over. On top of that, if you choose to leave your vehicle for safety reasons because you drank too much, enjoy a $270+ towing bill because you won't have a vehicle when you wake up. 10/10 would not rent here and strongly recommend against giving a company like this any amount of your hard earned money.

i have lived here for many years and Love the fact that we have an on site Manager that truly cares,Since the New Towing company has stepped up to help we actually have visitor parking now for when My visitors come.its so simple we have a tenant pass and a Pass for our visitors.no pass you get towed,it seems that the people who dont live here and want to take our parking to go to the college or not on this property are the ones complaining.The Building are Clean Safe and Well looked After.Thanks to Leah and Her teami Woul move If we lost Leah She makes us Feel Pride in where we Live.

leah is a dream it's so rare and so important to find a a great landlady the property is ALWAYS kept clean family building highly recomend! ❤

Friendly and accommodating building manager, family friendly building and area.

As long as you never need to ask the manager for anything they will be nice to you. The instant you bring up an issue be prepared for gaslighting. Experienced discriminatory and very unprofessional behavior from management.​​Children are allowed to bike and play in common areas such as hallways, some tenants were using power tools within their apartments on a daily basis as if they were running a workshop. Not a quiet environment. Soundproofing between floors and walls is atrocious and if you make a noise complaint the manager will say there's something wrong with you. The only upside was that it's cheaper than most 2 bedrooms, but I'll let you figure out why.

I have lived here for about 20 years and have always found Leah to be quite friendly and does a lot to make sure we are all happy. (having noisy tenants removed, decorating the front entrance for a very fun and spooky Halloween! <3 ) The building and property is always well kept which helps to make it a great place to live. And btw I am glad she is doing something about the parking. We have so few for our guests and so many times I have seen students from the college park in those spots then go to class. Frustrating when you are trying to find a place to park!

Have lived here for over 4yrs. Leah and the management team here are fantastic. Anytime I have ever had an issue, they have been ontop of it. Very friendly people, love it here.

Lived in missionview , always pleased with the cleanliness of the buildings. Dan and Leah are genuine people. If you have an issue its taken care of right away. Great apartment managers. Lived in other places where the managers were horrible, such a great change to have managers like them.
