I highly recommend nu body for any laser treatment. It is a quick painless experience. The techs have been trained properly and explain what they are doing along the way.I have received 4 treatments for Epidermal Melasma and the results are amazing !!Other treatments I have received are Underarm and leg Hair Removal, and the one I absolutely loved is the Skin Rejuvenation. If you haven’t tried any treatments you should give it a try. I absolutely recommend nu body laser!! Treat yourself , you won’t regret it!

Bought a machine that was repurposed. ( Had 1000 pulses per handpiece) After 2.5wks and into our grand opening the laser broke down. Was advised to reach out to technical support. Technical support was 2 weeks out and advised us that another laser in our local area also broke down and that in his opinion were not a good machine. Had to drive 5 hours to technical support, hotel and 5 hours back after cancelling $4000 in services. Let our rep and home office know. Buyer beware, their warranty does not cover any of these costs. Once your signed in and paying your payments your on your own even with warranty. We saved them the hourly rate the tech would of charged but could not compensate us in anyway. They do not follow up to see how things are going, they do not seem to care. They are not empathetic. I gave them the opportunity to justify this before posting on to social media outlets. Would not recommend to other buyers what so ever. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere and focus on the warranty & customer services.
