Me and my wife went few days ago to change a boot due to a defect. The sales person immediately took care of us and even suggested to try different shoes. We had 2 options, either change with the same model or change for another model. After few tries, my wife wanted to change the model. Everything went very smooth and quickly. It was super crowded but customer service was amazing. Great service and great team. Great experience. I recommend.

Very unhelpful but overly busy sales person in the kids section. If she just helped us for a minute we wouldn’t have gone to SE to buy the same boots.

Quality shoes, definitely. Some of the best selections in Montreal but the prices are expensive and some are ridiculously so. But, I love Browns shoes. Classy, durable and comfortable.Customer service: I was in and out so fast.....because I knew exactly what I wanted so , next time for that review.

Alain provided great customer service. Very patient , helpful and went the extra step to verify in which store the boots were available at :) by far the best Browns store Ive been to!

We just got served by Cyndi at browns Carrefour Laval ! Excellent service, very patient, she took the time to explain shoes and products available.Great personality and will definitely come back for her. We did not feel pressured or rushed to buy anything which is great in costumer service. Great job !

Sam was amazing I highly recommend going straight to him. He quickly helped us find the most comfortable shoes ever! Bonus : the shoes I got and my partner got match but still look unique on their own. Give that man a raise he genuinely deserves it!

I passed by on Saturday. Store is nice, full of options but the music is so so loud that I left. It drove me crazy. It was like going to a disco instead of going to buy shoes.
