THE WORST SERVICE!! STOP SENDING CUSTOMERS FALSE INFORMATION LIKE THEIR DELIVERY IS 1 HOUR AWAY BUT ITS 3 HOURS AWAY! WE HAVE THINGS TO DO! IF DELIVERY SAYS AN HOUR WE SHOULD EXPECT IT IN AN HOUR! DONT HAVE US WAITING FOR HOURS WHEN YOU CAN JUST BE HONEST FROM THE JUMP!

Wrong delivery date with tracking number.Delivery showed up a day early, no text, when I wasn’t home. Next day was Monday, they don’t deliver Mondays so I had to wait 2 extra days for “EXPRESS” delivery. Canada post would have been sooner.Oh and no, no text the second time either.This place is a mess.And don’t bother contacting them, the excellent customer service won’t call you backAVOID IF POSSIBLE - Mickey Mouse operation

- Initially tells me that Thursday will be the delivery date- With zero notice, at 4PM on Wednesday, tells me to now be ready for a Wednesday delivery date (with the window starting at 5PM for delivery)- I ask them to go back to the initially planned Thursday date since they provided zero notice. They tell me Ok

They can never deliver without issues.I am currently waiting on an order, and last night they claimed a attempt was made to deliver, when no such attempt was made. Why not just be honest and say there was a delay? I am waiting on medication and these kinds of delays are problematic for my health.I am often waiting for over an hour in my apartment building lobby for orders that come much later than they say they will. Not once have I gotten a package from Domain Logistics without some sort of problem. I order online because I have impaired mobility but they make it almost more difficult than going out to a store.

literally never accurate with their delivery time, why would you say you’ll deliver today but then at 6:30pm put up a notice that deliveries are going to be delayed, which is fine, but you would think you’d give me a days notice about late shipping, I’m officially going back to buying illegally because at least “illegal” businesses deliver when they say they’re going to, they have said I wasn’t home to receive deliveries multiple times when I can see out the window whenever someone makes deliveries, and finally who the actual f decided that delivery times would be between 5pm-10:30? some of us like sleep, maybe provide an option where you can choose the time frame it’s delivered, some people don’t mind staying up until midnight waiting for their order but my oldass likes to be asleep by 9:30

Literally the worst delivery company I have ever encountered, and that’s saying a lot. Their last driver was too lazy to get off her a$$ to deliver my package to my door because it required her to buzz in and go up an elevator for a moment. This is *after* I explained to her that I have a child with me that I cannot leave alone to go downstairs. Instead she lied to me that she can’t get the buzzer to work, pretended not to understand me and instead sat on her a$$ with a friend listening to music in her car. Disgusting! Just do yourself a favour and avoid the headache of dealing with these people!

Completely incapable of providing a consistent experience. I should also mention that, unlike most adults, whoever sends out the ETA texts can’t tell time. Approximately 5 minutes away almost always turns into an hour. Please use a different delivery service.

I checked tracking for my delivery which said delivery would be the next day. Within an hour got a text saying delivery would be the same day within the hour! Had to cancel as I was not at home, having made plans on delivery being the next day. Threatening language on my tracking, as if all this is my fault. Will never use them again, Canada Post from now on!

I recieved a text that my order was 5 minutes away... 2 hours later my door bell rings. I was obviously annoyed having to be up till 10:30 pm when I work early. Deliver driver wouldn't even take my ID just said I was all set and rudely walked away. Absolutely unacceptable service. If I didn't require THC free products I would go to dispensaries. Domain logistics is absolutely incapable of anything, let alone delivering a product to a customer. When is Google going to add a 0 star review for service as horrendous as this.
