I was at this location today with my 16 year old son to renew his health cardThe woman who looked after us, (I wish I could remember her name) was fantastic.Her great sense of humour made my awkwardly shy kid feel supper comfortable!Thank you

I was in line at 8:55 am. The door opened right at 9:00 am, the woman at the door took time to ask what people were there for and direct them as necessary (a sort of triage) and I was out in 5 minutes after renewing driver's license and health card with a picture. Very efficient.

If you’re not doing something straightforward, go to the one on Division.Stuffs at this location are unprofessional and got so many personal opinions to make the processes become difficult.1) They don’t know military can keep their id valid during posting outside of Canada. 2) We wanted to put a mailing address in Quebec which is different than living address. They first said only military can do this - which WE ARE. then they tried to convince that the address will stay on file for a while balabalabala - that’s our parent’s home, we don’t mind!The one on Division is way more professional. They know what they are doing.

Staff were very pleasant ,helpful and professional. Minimal wait time to see a service representative. We had a number of issues to be dealt with and our representative handled them all logically and efficiently. Overall a good experience

Go in one day and didn’t get asked for proof of insurance (just the policy #) got in another day and now they refuse to give me plates with out seeing proof. Have an issues with this place before saying one thing and then the next saying another… figure out your policies and stick with them!!!

They were extremely friendly and it took 5 minutes to renew all of my licenses and health card.

Such an amazing experience. The man who helped me was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my visit was a positive experience. The collection of old license plate decor, and family photos made it extra comfortable. This certainly isn't your typical stuffy government office. I almost didn't want to leave. I kind of wanted to stay and chat longer.
