I'm surprised the A&W here looks way better than the ones near the city! Back in Burnaby and Vancouver they can get pretty dirty.My church came here for a quick dinner before the retreat for the weekend. Small place but cozy looking.The service is adequate. The lady at the front, (Debbie I believe) seemed quite polite. When I asked about the buddy burgers the courteous guise melted into frustration. I felt bad so I ordered a random item.The price is cheap. That's why we stopped by to grab a bite. I am worried why it is so cheap though. It's a bit too good to be true. I don't want to think what's in the meat they're selling.I didn't really get a good vibe from this place. It's not so bad though overall though. I'd come back again but not as a first choice.

I stopped in for lunch today and WOW this location is very busy!!!!!I feel for the TWO members running this location, a lady up front and another out back.To ownership: I hope you’re providing your team with high praise and good pay for keeping things a float as I feel they could use more employees to help lighten the load.

This place is notoriously slow. Even with zero line up, it took 7 minutes at the window for our order (3 breakfast combos.) When it finally came, they forgot one of the sausage and egg English muffins. After another 5 minutes, she hands me a bag and off we go. When I open it up, I find my sausage and egger on a hamburger bun instead of the English muffin I ordered...twice.A&W is already overpriced, but now you get to overpay for slow service and the wrong food!

On the way to Harrison Hot Springs, and just off of the Transcanada highway, sits an a&w with locals stopping for a bite to eat, hot coffee, and a conversation with an old friend. This restaurant in Agassiz, British Columbia, Canada, was staff who were friendly and efficient. Like the song says Hop in the car

Quite disappointed in this A&w. We came here to grab a quick bite of food and they were out of almost everything that we asked for. The service was incredibly slow and the two teenagers behind the counter barely seemed to know what they were doing. We asked for a wrap they didn't have tortillas, we asked for onion rings they didn't have onion rings, we asked for a chubby chicken burger they didn't have chubby chicken burger buns, we asked for chicken tenders they said that they weren't going to make any because it was too much work. Like what??? And then to make it was the drinks that we ordered stood behind the counter for legitimately 15 to 20 minutes while we waited for our food. they finally gave us our food, and we asked for our drinks and she accused us of taking them and asking for free ones. We pointed behind her and she's like oh okay no problem". Very quick to accuse people even though you're at fault

Very very slow. They take your order quickly and don’t tell you that you may have to wait 15 minutes or more to receive the food. Tasted great! Had to use the restroom and it was out of order. Went to use the family washroom and it definitely was not cleaned any time recently.

3rd disappointing meal here in the past 6 weeks. Today ordered BLT chicken sandwich with rings and iced tea. Out of iced tea... ok coke...12 minutes later, I got a decent BLT chicken sandwich with rings (with no seasoning), fries (which I didn't order) and a root beer for $21.50.HELLO, do you want repeat customers? You won't be the only fast food joint in Agassiz forever... For 1, I can walk two blocks and have a similar meal with a beer for those dollars; 2, I'm kinda surprised they got my sandwhich correct (it was the only thing right); and lastly, I've had three substandard lunches here this spring... at least you're consistent.

Service would be a 0 if it could. Took 10 minutes to get helped while I was standing inside ( there was only 6 other people ) then another 15 minutes to get my food. I also had to go to the bathroom and when I was asking to get buzzed in they just ignored me.
