Would give Purolator zero stars if I could. I had a guaranteed delivery date May 25th. I tracked my order and was out for delivery at 8am. Conveniently at 5pm there is a “mechanical” issue and my package is delayed. Was again guaranteed it would be delivered in 24 hours and watched the next day as it was out for delivery at 8am and again at 5 pm a mysterious “mechanical” issue delaying delivery until Monday. My delivery will now be 4 days late.

I have never experienced such a terrible delivery service. I absolutely do not recommend. I was standing on the balcony, smoking, and I saw this Purolator drive up. I went out to the street to pick up the order (from the 3rd floor) but it is already gone, No call, no notification, just awful

Waited ~8 hours by the window looking towards the street to ensure i didn’t miss the new iPhone i bought and am shipping through purolator. Mild rain intermittently throughout the day, but at 7:30am the website said the truck was out for delivery. I refreshed page throughout the day, but no update. AT 4pm, (had been raining for over 8hrs). Website updates and informs me that severe weather had my delivery on hold until it “cleared up”. Over light rain??? Zero stars for driver. Also zero stars for not even giving a time range for package delivery >:(

Worst delivery service experience! Canada Post does a better job! Purolator is so incompetent that they can’t even follow simple directions or even delivery to the appropriate town! I’ve been waiting for 2 months for my delivery, even requested a re-delivery 2 weeks ago and my order has been sitting 150km away from me in Edmonton since May 19th.Utterly unacceptable and pathetic work ethic and customer service.

We had an Amazon return that was confusing and Amazon was no help at all. Courtney at Purolator helped us out, figured out the best way to ship it and sorted out our waybills. She was friendly and knowledgable and really helped.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Lady who wears purple eye liner was by far the most unhelpful person I’ve ever had to deal with. The building is accessible but no washrooms. Parking is good they have expectant mother parking but need new customer service agents who actually know how to provide this service.

We regularly received our parcel from Purolator and we always have the pleasure of receiving a delivery from the best delivery guy I've ever encountered named Mani.His is friendly and professional demeanor instantly put me at ease. He was polite, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He handled the package with care and made sure it was delivered in pristine condition. It's refreshing to encounter someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to even the smallest details.

Delivery driver didn’t even called when came, didn’t leave notice either. Nice lady from customer support said I can pick it up tomorrow nearby and hour later I get notification that I have to drive half an hour one way to their facility to pick it up. Not happy at all.

I came to this branch to pickup my item, since the delivery driver did not call me, even I phoned them twice to give me a call when they will get to my place, so I need to call an uber to get there and back, useless delivery service, Also shoutout to the lady in the front desk, who was so rude, telling me that was my fault, that's why my item was not delivered to my place, What kind of customer service was that, so horrible. Hoping to fix your system so that other people cannot experience this things anymore, What a waste of time and money, I will give zero star if there is.
