The best veterinarian ever, amazing staff and so very kind and caring.

Not what they used to be. People at the desk seem like you’re bothering them. Service with call ahead orders is slow and so far haven’t actually heard what I said. Had someone pick up a one months supply of simpatico trio that (I called ahead) for two dogs which is pricy and ended up paying for three months supply like I want to spend money three months in advance. Looks like a change of clinics for us.

Kind, caring, and clearly very compentent. Excellent quality staff and facilities.

This is the most amazing animal hospital I have ever been too! They treated me like family and fixed my fur baby good as new. I am so very grateful to them.

The staff at the Imperial Road Animal Hospital were incredibly helpful, caring, considerate and accommodating when we called with a major pet emergency. We made it to their facility in 20 minutes, and upon arrival immediately were taken to the back so our pet could have an initial inspection even though we had never been there and had no prior account with them. Within another 45 minutes we had a full inspection from a vet and x-rays taken and fully examined. Thankfully everything worked out all right for our fur baby, and we can't thank everyone who we dealt with enough. Keep up the amazing work!

Had my English Mastiff checked and paperwork filled out for her to travel to Italy with me. As always the staff was very helpful and friendly as well as moving us into a separate room when a person with a very reactive dog came in that was not even muzzled. They immediately noticed my dog getting stressed and moved us .

Amazing clinic and staff!! We recently switched to this clinic, we live in London, but the care, service and knowledge of the staff are so very worth the small drive. Our little English bully Angus had a severe allergic reaction on his head- the staff immediately were on it and he was gently fixed up in no time- the second I walked in with him the tech called the issue. He’s now also had his neutering done there- again the care has been exceptional. If there were 10 stars that’s what I would give:) love this place!

Will always recommend imperial road animal hospital! The most friendly staff and such a welcoming environment. My family has had cats here as patients for a few years now and they have never let us down. Whether it is just something small or an emergency visit they always make sure your pet gets the care and attention they need. They even phoned me the day after my cat got fixed to see how he was doing! Thank you imperial road animal hospital staff for everything you’ve done for my pets!!

I brought my 100lb American Bulldog to this vet for a check-up because we had recently moved to the area as I wanted to discuss some of his chronic skin issues due to his breed. Dr. Amanda Wiltsie Thoonen was fear mongering and rude regarding our well educated choice to feed raw since he was 3 months old. We waiting for 40mins to see the vet and once we did she essentially blamed us for his ear/skin/stool problems even though it is well documented that this breed is extra sensitive and often has these specific problems. I will never take any of my animals here again. I will continue to drive the 2+ hours to take him to our kind, supportive vet in Toronto because our boy deserves the best.
