Terrible customer service there. Ben was nice to you when you want to buy but when it comes to warranty claim he will give you wrong information and will not take responsibility of his own mistakes.I do not recommend you to buy Electrolux at all. It offers you 2 years warranty but it has been taking me over 1 month to claim a warranty repair. I bought a vacuum from Ben and it broke under 3 months. Bad product, bad company, bad dealer, and bad customer service.

Ben went above and beyond from the time I entered the store, all the way to when he personally installed my new central vacuum. I won't hesitate to be in touch with him in the future, and will also be recommending Essendene Vacuum to anyone looking to upgrade their vacuum system.

Delivered vacuum to store on Tues. Was told diagnosis and repair costs would be replied to me by phone on Thurs. No reply. Called store mid Thurs. Afternoon. Was told can't look at it until following Wed." Picked up vacuum late Thurs. Afternoon . Went to nearby city and received prompt and courteous service. Will not return to Essendine Vacuums. Suggest same."

They didn't show up the day of our appointment- things happen to everyone" nonetheless they apologized for the inconvenient

I gave Essendene Vac. one star because of the poor service my family and I received.I purchased, a central vacuum system from Ben Kruska from the Home and Garden Show" this year at the Abbotsford Tradex. It was to be delivered and installed by Ben

I went to this store with my husband and 2 kids. We were looking at a built-in vacuum canister. Not only did Ben put some cartoons on for my kids but he listened to our needs and recommended a used canister. He didn't try to upsell me and was so pleasant to do business with. He even shook my hand and thanked us for our business - that never happens these days! When the time comes for a new vacuum system I will absolutely be going back and will buy it from Ben. I highly recommend Essendene Vacuum!

I actually don't know why anyone in Abbotsford would go anywhere else for their vacuum needs!! This couple have been beyond accommodating. I had a vacuum sleeve that I had purchased nearly two years ago that was still in it's packaging. I originally had been looking for a different pattern that they did not have at that time. I called them up almost two years later and sight unseen, they ordered the pattern I wanted and exchanged the product without even looking at a receipt or asking for the difference in cost! Not only that, they were personable, welcoming and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for ultimate customer service.

I had an odd experience here. A few years ago, I said I would not go back because the middle aged bald guy there had a real arrogant attitude a couple of times. Some time after that there was a big notice in the window Under new management" - So I went in to buy some parts

I just have to say that Essendene vacuums is AMAZING!!!!! I’ve been there a few times, gotten 2 vacuums, a carpet shampooer, & other awesome cleaning supplies & the owner Ben has been outstanding with helping me find the perfect vacuum for my house & an electric one for my new car!!! His customer service is phenomenal his wife Capri is always easy to talk to & so helpful if Ben is not there! Super fun place to shop! Always have laughs! Way better then the big stores you can go to because you won’t get the help & knolege that they have to offer! Thanks again guys!

In less than 15 minutes Ben did a realistic assessment of my needs, budget and recommended a super easy to own and clean out vacuum.Exceptional service, timely, under budget and a 5 year warranty. What else can you ask for.
