Rahul was great to deal with. He came to our home (SE Calgary) with lots of samples to see what worked best. He had great knowledge about different products, materials and how to best choose colours (for both day and night). He was easy to communicate with and install was quick, easy and polite. 2 of the blinds were slightly defective, so Rahul efficiently and easily had them replaced, no headache for me. We love our cellular top down blinds. They are great quality and look fantastic.The last time I bought blinds online, thinking it was cheaper (it was NOT, even when it was 40% off), it was huge headache to get the samples, then the blinds arrived incorrectly made and it was a nightmare to deal with customer service. I will never do that again, when WinDecor is an option! 100% recommend.

We recently had blinds installed by WinDecor in Calgary. Rahul was extremely professional and helpful, and the ripout of old blinds and installation of new faux wood blinds took about an hour for 7 windows. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Rahul made the process of finding the right window coverings for our house super easy. He was knowledgeable and friendly, always replied promptly and made sure we were happy about our decisions before taking the next step.We ended up getting Graber cellular blinds with cordless top-down bottom-up function. They look and feel premium, but at a very reasonable price. It did take a few weeks to order the custom blinds, but once they got them in, the installer came and got everything put up quickly and cleanly.We are really happy with our blinds and the whole process, so we would definitely recommend WinDecor to anyone looking to get custom window coverings for their home! Mr Rahul was amazing! It is one of the best selling experiences for home related purchases that I have ever had in Canada. The installer of the blinds was super quick, clean and punctual. Very friendly and customer oriented personnel. If I could, I would give a 6 stars. Products are great for the value and prices are competitive with the market. No extra charges for additional visits to see final products or reassess the original request like other companies. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
