Gerry was outstanding. He was very helpful and patient with my daughters passport pictures. My wee one was a bit of a nightmare but he gave loads of advice and reassurance. We got there in the end! What an asset to this company! Thank you Gerry!

Second time I've used this branch in Linwood and happy both times. I had a lot of engraving to do so quite expensive but service was friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Would use again.

Outstanding friendly service from Mick.I had previously had metal heel tips fitted to a pair of shoes which came off, as this new Timpson’s was closer to me, I dropped in to see what could be done, and Mick stopped what he was doing greeted me and replaced both tips within less than a minute.Now that is service and with a smileHighly recommended and true old fashioned service which you do not see as much nowadays.Thank you Mick
