There was a light at the box and truck was clean with gas it had a snow brush what more do i need

For Hitch Installation : Got the work done in time all good but both the mechanic and front desk were not customer friendly. If they don't like servicing customers or answering questions, change a job. My experience off lately with all Uhaul is that staff is hardly interested in giving good customer experience. If only they are taking note of it.

This place is a joke. They file taxes, do 10 cent photocopies, passport photos and anything else you can think of. Don’t know how U Haul issued them a franchise license. The place is packed, I got lucky to even pull a truck out because someone who lives at the business address was able to move some cars around.I requested a dolly for the truck, didn’t get one. Then the owner called me and offered me one of his own (inferior quality) dollies that I had to pay cash for later.Anyways. Total mess, from booking, to picking up.Go somewhere else

For a U-Haul dealer, the location is not conducive to an accommodating business that deals with large trucks - the road is very busy with speeding cars, the entryway leading to the front of the business has poor visibility, there are only 2-3 parking spots shared with a fairly busy chinese takeout spot and the parking area was tight, busy and poorly maintained. Otherwise, the truck and the price was as expected.

I was very happy with this place. I've rented a lot of U-Haul trucks and trailers over the years. The woman downstairs was very helpful and nice. I used the on-line pick-up and drop-off features where you send photos of your drivers licence and stuff. It worked well but it took a lot of time to do it this way - lots of questions and the photos took a while to upload. The location was great because I could just walk there.

In a basement with no internet connectivity so customers have to go back upstairs to upload a photo of their driver's license to complete the rental process. Other customers just arriving don't realize that you're coming back downstairs for the second time and think you're cutting line. I felt a bit threatened by some customers who were angered by this.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! Never ever rent a UHaul truck as I had miserable moments with water flooded truck. I booked the reservation through website because this neighborhood location was very close by my condo. Reached around 11am to pickup my truck after diving into the unclean basement with the lady asked me to sign the documents. I was happy to get the truck drive back soon to start my moving but, was very surprised to see water flooding after opening the truck storage. I did found the water was leaking from multiple holes in roof. Called the store and lady wasn’t sure of any water flooding and refused to respond further and asked to call roadside assistance. I called them and they mentioned to contact the dealer as they don’t look over the water flooding issues however, they still managed to find the replacement truck where I lost already 2 hours.Roadside assistance gave the new location address with truck license number to swap the truck. I had to quickly run to do the swap but, I was stunned to hear that the swap truck was already took by another person. Uhaul team found water leaking from ceiling roof on right corner side and they mentioned it’s the old damaged truck with 200kms mileage. There is no other truck available at this location so I had to drive back the same truck after putting my own drop cloths to cover the flooded water and also had to sweep out the excessive water.Summary: This neighborhood location deals with photo, income tax, damaged uhaul and much more other businesses so, they don’t focus much on uhaul rent and moreover, they never inspect the vehicle before handling to another person. Please go to proper uhaul dealer location where they provide good service with almost new trucks with proper maintenance.I have attached the photos and videos of the leaking roof ceiling for your reference.This has really caused me so much hassle during my condo moving where I lost my booked elevator access and 4 hours my time spent on this issue.

Just called this location at Keele. I asked for rates. The representative (lady) began speaking fast, her English was not clear enough for me to understand, she sounded annoyed. I proceeded to tell her that I could not hear anything she was saying…She hung up.I called back immediately, No one picked up the line. I’m astonished at this behavior coming from a service provider.

Booked for 4:30. Location closed at 4:00. Automated call center directs the Toronto call to another province. Calling other neighbouring locations that are still open, but they are all fully booked. Looping into the phone call. Signs of a company that is aware it will go down, hence not investing into improvement of quality anymore. What a scam. What a disorganized online scheduling. What a mess their database is to allow booking although the location is closed for that specific time. They will not last. The specific location is 100 Steeles Ave. The clown calls and says he is waiting for us whereas the online self pick up rejected the request and asked to go to location on the next day.
