I would give zero stars if I could but I must give at least one. I would like to start off by saying that my entire experience from beginning to the dreadful end was nothing but unpleasant. In a nutshell, the work was done poorly and one of the workers failed to properly fasten the piping and when I first started to run the water and immediately poured out into my basement but the wall was sealed and everything was done and I will call them on Saturday and they did not come until Monday and then they sent some workers out to fix it. But the ended up ripping hole in my son's bedroom closet because that was the easiest way to access the shower without actually taking the new shower or the surround down after they were done. They left an unfinished unpainted piece of plywood around about 3 ft² on each driveway in my son's room. They did not finish the job of anything other than just putting a piece of drywall up in deep hole. They were very unapologetic and almost seems like they were inconvenient coming back to fix their own mistake. The owner son came about a few days later. Had a look said that he would quote on quote, sent home thing and never did. Don't be fooled by the cheap price. It's not worth it. You will pay more in the end. I wish I would have went with somebody else. I was full of the game by the cheap price. Workmanship is shoddy at best but the customer service that's where everything falls apart. After he hand over the money, you are nothing more than an inconvenience. They've never once to reach out to me even though I would love to hear from them. Please take note of my review

I have contracted them to do a walk-in shower and a new vanity with taps! Coming in April. Let you know how they did. I'm impressed thus far! We'll it's done and it looks great! Thanks to Jake and his crew for doing a bang up job! Take a look! I recommend them highly!

My family is very pleased w their work. Booked them in spring 2022, they were upfront that our window for install would be in summer. They met that, and did a great job. ( We had to get support from them one small issue, they came back quickly and resolved/ replaced the discoloured caulking. I condider this a plus, standing behind their work and resolving quickly). Highly recommend. Our bathroom looks great!

My walk in shower that replaced my old tub is beautiful . Fared and Derek did a beautiful job. The quality of work and the clean up was exceptional. I am 88 and my son has Cerebral Palsy so the placing of the grab bars were important, they consulted with us every step of the way. Because I had a fall my daughter called to see if the installation date could be moved ahead, Brent sent the men that very week. Great company to do business with. June 2020.Bea brown New Dundee.

We used Bathworx to redo our basement bathroom and didn't want to spend a lot of money as it was only a second bathroom. Brent gave us a decent quote for the job. We wanted the existing Mirolin one piece bathtub replaced with a glass door shower, pot lights put in, removed old formica counter and replaced with a new quartz counter only over our existing vanity and new flooring over existing flooring. Everything was done in 3 days which was great. Keenan and Steven did a fantastic job and we're very happy with the re-model. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for bathroom renos.

From day one Jake met with us about the renovations and he made it such and easy experience! He got back to us with quotes promptly. Derek & Lee worked on our three bathrooms. They were quite the professional team and at the same time personable and respectful. They did an amazing job, cleaned up daily and we are very very happy with the result of their workmanship. Super happy with our new tub/shower install! Originally planned to do it ourselves, DIY style but ended up not feeling confident to take on such a big job. Hiring Bath WorX was definitely worth the (reasonable) additional investment. They new exactly what they were doing, were fast and efficient (1 day install, got rid of all the old materials etc.), and everything came out looking so beautiful! We are so happy with our new setup. Definitely recommend this local business!

We first planned and approached Bathworx due to their good reviews online in 2020. I got a quote from Brent who was very professional and gave us a detailed quote of few different ideas we had, he was available anytime we had a questions. Due to COVID we decided to hold off on the project and Bathworx were very understanding and returned our initial deposit.After one year we decide to go ahead but changing our initial plan completely, Brent provided detail quote again and started work promptly, him and Connor completed the renovation in just 7-8 days. They came on time everyday, worked full hours without distractions and prepped and clean before they left. They were great help when new vanity was cracked and we had to take a newer vanity upstairs again.We love our new washroom, it has completely changed the look of our master bedroom, definitely has added value to the home. I can't stop staring at our new bathroom. It's so stunning. Chris and Derek were incredibly professional, kind and did a amazing job. In 2 days our old bath ripped out and replaced. Honest pricing and a great showroom. Will use them on our next bath Reno.

I met and worked with Jake to plan my bathroom remodels. He provided me with two dates to start: before Christmas to complete the new tub surround in our ensuite, and mid January for the main bathroom complete remodel. They were able to stick to both dates.The price was reasonable for the work done, and I was impressed to see a discount given for seniors that Jake hadn’t even mentioned. I went in to their storefront and changed my choice of materials that we had talked about during his home visit; “no problem”.In both cases, the workers who came in laid tarps over the stairs and cleaned up at the end of the day. They arrived promptly each morning (after a bit of a commute to our town) and got to work immediately. There was no chit-chat, nor lunch breaks as far as we could tell.For the bigger project, Keenan and Lee completely gutted the bathroom, laid new subfloor and drywall, did all the electrical and plumbing work, and installed a new shower, cabinetry and heated towel racks as well as grab bars. Everything was done in 5 1/2 days, with as little disruption to our home as possible.I am very pleased with the finished product. Our bathroom looks great, and is now accessible. Great job, everyone!
