If you speak French, you get great service. If you speak English, you get terrible service. Customer service keeps hanging up on me when I call at the store because I asked the lady if she understands English. I spoke to her in French, I'm not fluent french but I try, she didn't even give me a chance. Called 5 times after, they kept hanging up on me. June 11, 2020 at 11:30am is when I called. I am trying again. I called again and finally spoke with some at 11:45am, manager I was told. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE COMING FROM THIS STORE. NEVER IN MY LIFETIME I WAS TREATED LIKE THIS. UNBELIEVABLE

Was very interested in staying longer in the store, but we were on a time crunch. Alot of things I don't see in our Canadian Tire.

Would have been an overnight trip and turning into 4th night I guess, canadian tire wouldn't take my truck in, electric power steering not working, the counter person didn't even wanna know or even wanna listen she kept saying we are full, bad service all I can say.

Good service and friendly staffs. Bought fresh flowers and a bbq.but bbq's pieces was not completely manageable. I took it back and waiting for a new one.
