But that’s the beauty.•Its economical - amazing rates.•Welcomes walk-ins - Off-course if you walk in around busy hours you’ll have to wait because others are appointments and they’ll have to squeeze you in.•Great place for kids - Trust me if anyone can handle kids they are at their humblest.•Good knowledge and understands the clients needs. They will suggest you according your budget too.And lastly, the lady I got my haircut from Laura she was amazing and really very friendly.It was an amazing experience at a great price. Will recommend to others and visit again.

I've been going to Hair Tracks for just over 10 years now. I started off seeing Leona at the recommendation of my best friend (after losing the stylist I trusted and not quite finding a good replacement yet). I have been nothing but happy with every service I've received! Since just before COVID I started seeing Laura, due to some colour needs and Leona being away. She really knows her colour and understands my hair needs. There's always good conversation. I always recommend them because I know people won't be disappointed.

I come from over an hour away to get my hair done by Laura. I absolutely love it, her and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, inviting and a pleasure see! After years of bad box dying and a distrust for people who don’t understand curly hair, it was such a breath of fresh air to find a place that I know I going to leave absolutely in love with my hair. Plus you can’t be the price and quality of both their service and products. I can’t wait until my next appointment!

Laura continues to provide an excellent and professional experience. I have been coming to the salon for over 10 years and have made some requests re hair colourings and cuts that are neither realistic or even manageable! Laura has the knowledge to temper my expectations with realities and we have negotiated outcomes which are doable and acceptable to us both. Laura is knowledgeable in the science of colourings and bleach and will give you an honest answer in if she feels a colour will work or not.When you are at the salon, Laura`s time is your own, you have her absolute attention and her telephone is linked to an answering system which is a plus as there are no distractions with your treatment/cut whatever you are receiving. I realise, when you are trying to make an appointment, not having an immediate answer can be frustrating, however, Laura has always got back to me in a timely fashion and having her absolute undivided attention when I am in her chair is a win win. I have recommended her to friend and family who are now `regulars`.

I have been coming to the Salon Owner, Laura, for two years before COVID. She is a wonderful small business owner, who runs a lovely and professional salon. After paying high prices in downtown Toronto for highlights and haircuts, finding Laura's salon was a dream! She has very fair prices for her level of expertise and always listens and accommodates what my vision for my hair is. Hair Tracks also carries great products that I love to try and purchase when I am in. I can't wait for Hair Tracks to open back up so I can return to see Laura and her team!

The service I received was above and beyond!. Laura was super professional and very friendly. She was easy to talk to and we had a great conversation. I felt welcomed the second I was greeted. Overall I left hair tracks feeling completely brand new after receiving my hair cut. I will most certainly be coming back and recommending Laura to all my friends and family!

I and my family have been to Hair Tracks many times and for many years. I cant say enough good things about the ladies who work there. Laura cuts my kids hair and she is amazing. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, hilarious and super accommodating. I've had my hair cut, permed, colored, trimmed and styled and have been very happy with all of the results. I will continue to go back and will always recommend Hair Tracks to anyone who is looking for a hair stylist.

This place is absolutely amazing laura is an absolutely amazingly talented at her job and will work with you to make your hair you picture it. Her personality just make getting your hair done a lot more enjoyable.I went from super long hair to having it short and getting it coloured. Each time I go in laura just makes my hair feel and look amazing.

My view of Laura and her Salon has changed. After trusting her for years when I had to cancel due to getting (several months ago) COVID she could no longer do my hair. Laura had become a trusted friend (I thought ) but once I was healthy it would be 3 more months before I could get an appointment. That’s fine, but I will never return to the salon again I was obviously a fool but I think Laura is only looking for a much younger demographic than me. She clearly has no interest in maintaining long-term clients. I am just sorry I stuck with her through thick and thin no matter what, I’ve referred her to all my friends.Before this was my review…Laura has been colouring and styling my hair for years…. now we have moved I still wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you want someone who knows her business, and cares about her clientele go here!!!

I had such an amazing experience here! Claire cut my hair this evening and I am so happy with the cut she gave me. She even gave me suggestions for a rose gold balayage which I had never thought of doing before but will definitely go back and get. The ladies there are so nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Usually I feel like a burden to my stylist at other salons and like I'm being rushed out of the chair but I did not feel like that at all here. 11/10 will never go anywhere else!!!
