I have on idea how this company ever got 5 stars! I suffer very badly from arthritis and find it difficult to go out but after years decided if I could get a scooter I’d go to a public event this weekend. On Monday past I booked a scooter to be shipped on Thursday, yesterday, that never arrived. After numerous calls I got a person on the phone who quickly put me on hold and then hung up on me then texted me to say there were problems with my order and I would hear back in 2 hours. It is now 8 hours later and I have not heard a word! I am disgusted!! I have had to cancel plans that were emotionally so difficult to make and lost a lot of money in non refundable tickets!! As well as now stood my friends up who I approached to join me. This is No way to treat anyone!
