I saw this ad on google and thought of calling this person.I called this guy to check the fee (he mentioned he has 7 yrs approx experience filling taxes). It was Hilarious that he didn't know what falls under what.When I cross questioned he got upset and disconnected the call. I don't wanna go to person like that, who has zero customer service skills and who doesn't know what he is doing.

Filed my taxes wrong and I ended up paying to CRA and when contacted about the problem , response was not good. I mean if I am paying to get my tax return done so that I can have peace of mind what’s the point if you are gonna file it wrong. I could have done that.

Very rude and disrespectful.I was recommended by a friend and motivated my their good review. So I made a call, he was so rude and was not even listening to me, hang out on me when I was discussing the price, later on I checked the reviews again and realized that they have been doing this to many other people. You might be busy and have many customers now, but remember that you have many customers because of good recommendations.

We recently got our taxes done after he came highly recommended to us. We were quite a few years behind and he got us all caught up, so quickly and efficiently. He was patient, answered any and all of my questions and gave us the best recommendations. After years of various companies, we would never go back to that after our experience here.
