Mr. Lube + Tires

I have used Mr. Lube on Young and Mapleview since it opened. Over the past year they have been aggressively up selling unnecessary services and products to customers. They move cars around in the parking lot that on 3 occasions left me behind in the Q when I was next to be serviced. They broke a centre cap on my mag for my tire and never said anything about it. I would not recommend this business. Horrible customer service.

Service was excellent by NitishVery polite and quick. I was offered hot chocolate and staff is very professional. Highly recommend service here

Honestly it was awesome. I pulled up in the parking lot and didn't get a chance to get out of my car and an attendant was right there. I will definitely be going back. Offered coffee and water and a paper to read right off the bat. I'd give an extra star if I could.

I went to this Mr. Lube two days ago and I was served by Prabh. He gave outstanding service and is very knowledgeable about my car. He genuinely care about my vehicle. I will definitely come back to this location again!

I took my car here a few weeks back for an oil change, took about 45 minutes just to get in (it was a busy time of day to be fair) and then they pulled apart a bunch of things and tried to get me to replace the spark plugs, cabin air filter, and some other things. I said no to all and they had a hard time taking no for an answer. They overcharged compared to other places for the oil change and I just now had it checked out somewhere else and lo and behold - the other place I took it to found no problems with the car and didn't suggest anything needed to be immediately replaced. I wouldn't trust what they say here, they're too focused on trying to profit off of you and pressure you into spending money you don't need to. I won't be coming back again

Amazing service, they offer water or coffee multiple times and provide a newspaper while you wait. I personally feel like they're honest and I had no issues so far with what they do.

I had my winter tires taken off and my summer tires put on at this location (April 2023). I returned for my re-torque as recommended. Less than a month later, I was driving and I could feel one of the tires shaking. When I investigated, one of the lug nuts was missing and another was very loose. I brought the car to another mechanic where I was informed that the wheel studs were not cleaned before the new tires were put on. As a result, 3 of my 4 tires were loose and the one I noticed was at severe risk of falling off. I will not be returning.UPDATED to add that all of my tires were overfilled to 40 psi when the they should have been filled to 32 and 30 PSI.

Did a seasonal tire change on rims. Took much longer than anticipated as they concentrate on upselling you on everything and don’t take no for an answer. Won’t go back.Update. They also set my tire pressures to 37 instead of the required 30. And they just left the garbage on the rims from taking off old balancing weights. And scratched my rim…

Won't be going back. I've gone here twice in the last year and it's very obvious that they must be getting paid on commission. I was 400 kilometres over what I was suggested to have my oil changed at, which is significantly lower than what my manufacturer suggest. Then I was told that I was actually two thousand kilometres over what I was suggested to change at, which was a total lie even after checking my invoice from my previous visit. They attempted to sell me on different flushing packages to ensure that my engine is still going to run okay which would have cost me an extra hundred dollars. One of the workers also tried to tell me that my oil level was low after I saw him remove and hang on to my oil dipstick for about five minutes before walking over to me and showing it to me. Then I tried to call in to speak to a manager and the phone call does not even go through. Untrustworthy.

My last visit will definitely be my last visit at this location, I commute to and from work and require a oil change about once a month and most technicians are good at doing what is required but there are certain ones who are definitely there to upsell. My issue was the last oil change I came in for I was advised my spark plugs and engine coolant needed a change and flush, I do most general maintenance such as this myself so this is where alarms went off for me. After getting home and removing the spark plugs myself they grabbed the dirtiest one of the four to show me (I change them every January) and a trip to my mechanic about the coolant I was asked why I even wanted to change it as it “looked like I put it in yesterday”I would give a 1 star but it gets 2 for the honest employees that work there
