I was hired back in summer of 2020. It was an extremely stressful experience due to the fact that they start you out at a low-risk house for the first week or two, then they throw you into a high-risk house with no notice and minimal training. My last day with them was when I was told by an employee that another, pregnant employee was punched in the stomach by one of the residents in a high-risk house. I quit that day. They definitely do not pay you enough to deal with some of the things you have to deal with, some of which put you in danger.

from an employee point of view this company has no respect for its workers. this company consistently belittles staff, no regard for client care. this company is very good at taking funding and paying its upper management higher wages and not providing the clients with their own funding. take you're family members elsewhere.
