The first time we worked with Jenene was in 2019 when she planned our trip to Italy. That trip was fabulous; every step was perfectly planned and we were able to spend two weeks traveling the country. Jenene was well versed on options including staying within our budget. Our memories of Italy are priceless! Of course when we decided to plan a trip to Mexico this year, there was only one individual we would consider calling and we are so glad we did! Jenene helped us plan a great trip the second week of May to a new resort in the Cancun area. Then the resort we selected and were looking forward to spending a week relaxing experienced a fire and canceled all reservations through June. Jenene was on top of it and not only notified us of the fire, but immediately provided us with options. She had already researched availability and had held a reservation at Secrets Akumal for the same week. While we were looking forward to staying at the resort Jenene originally booked, Secrets Akumal did not disappoint. The resort was beautiful and the service was outstanding. If you want to sit at the pool or beach and be catered to all day or if you prefer daily activities, this resort caters to your every desire....While at Secrets, we booked a day trip on a Luxury Sailing and Snorkeling trip. That morning, the Amstar representative called to tell us the trip had to be canceled due to the rough waters. He asked if we would like to reschedule the following day, get a refund or pick a new activity. We decided to go to the Cenote and Paradise Lagoon. We were booked within a few minutes for that afternoon. When we arrived to meet our driver to go to the Cenote, we learned that we were his only party and would have a private tour and experience. What could have been a bad experience due to the weather, turned into an Awestruck moment! Thank you Jenene and Awestruck travel for exceptional service!

Our family trip to Greece was such a wonderful experience! After completing this trip, I realized how exponentially better the experience was than it would have been had I tried to plan it myself. The hotels were perfect for what we needed, and all provided excellent service. The transportation from location to location was invaluable - I can't imagine trying to figure out how to get from one place to the other in a foreign country. Our private tour of Athens, cooking class in Paros, and boat ride with lunch in Santorini were all wonderful excursions with high-quality companies.Having a well-planned itinerary allowed us to enjoy everything around us and each other. It was just so luxurious to be able to go from one amazing place to another and not worry about the details. I can say for certain that I will use Travel with Awestruck for any future international trip, and will recommend you highly to anyone who is planning to travel.

Jenene was fantastic. We were completely clueless, having never been on an all-inclusive trip before. She found us a fantastic place in Punta Cana and handled all the arrangements. We asked a LOT of questions and she didn't hesitate to help.

I had the pleasure of working with Colleen Cunningham on our dream vacation to Paris. She started with asking me on what I wanted to see and do and then went to work on an outline of the trip. We then fined tuned it to my exact specifications. From the driver meeting us on time to from the airport to our return 8 days later, it worked out beautifully. Out hotel was a cute little boutique hotel that where entire staff treated us with excellent service, care and kindness. Not seen anything like it in the states. The agency provided us with suggestions on how to get around and great restaurants in our area. Very much appreciated. Our packet given to us by the agency, had all of our tickets and information all nicely tucked in and ready to use. I cannot say enough about my personalized service from Colleen. It had been some time since I traveled abroad and a bit nervous about doing so. Colleen worked really hard to put me at ease. Some friends and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Punta Cana which we booked through Awestruck. Colleen was very pleasant to work with, attentive, and extremely helpful as this was some of the groups first time outside of the U.S. We will most definitely be traveling with Awestruck, in particular Colleen, again in the future.

She pulled together a beautiful last-minute trip to Miami Beach for my husband and I at Fountainbleau in Miami Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The food, pool, and beach were topnotch. Everyone at the resort was so hospitable.I could not have done this without Colleen and her expertise and patience in providing me the best service. Jenene is a rockstar! She gave us many options for our honeymoon based off of what we were looking for. She helped guide us to choose Couples Swept Away, Negril. I am so ecstatic that we chose those resort. Jenene planned all flights and travel to and from the airport. Everything was seamless and we had the absolute time of our lives.
