Furry Friends Grooming & Nail Service

The customer service was great, but the service itself was too expensive, and I feel like it was inconplete. They handed me both of my dogs' damp and not smelling the best. So after paying almost $300 I had to come home and finish up. What I thought could save me time ended up being the opposite.

I took my Shorkie Poo in to be groomed and Kim was awesome. She was very knowledgeable since this was my first visit and my dog is till a pup.I was more than happy with the service and experienceWhen I picked up Chester he was sleeping in her lap.I totally recommend Fury Friends

I highly recommend Fury Friends. Kim is beyond professional and absolutely amazing with animals. She is always going above and beyond for my dog Charlie, in every way. I simply cannot say enough positives about Kim and her business. If you are looking for an excellent pet groomer, then look no further!!!

I was there on Friday afternoon with my puppy to get her nils cut and I was happy how she did them. After she got her pictures taken when a hart headband on it was so cute. I will keep going back

We just had our second visit with Kim with our three large breed dogs (one of which is very nervous). She has been absolutely wonderful and professional with us and our dogs. Willl be returning with all three for grooming! Highly recommend!

Horrible service and even worst customer service. Took my dog in to be trimmed and she was shaved bald. $150 and told to do it myslef next time as I was shocked and appalled by the look of my dog. My dog will definitely be at risk for sun burns her coat is that thin. She went from a thick beautiful coat to bald and grey. Soooo disgusting.

Amazing service. My pup has a hot spot and in order to treat it at home I needed the fur trimmed back as close as possible so it could air out and have medication applied. The owner came in after hours in order to help my pup, knowing this needed care right away. She was very gentle and calm despite my pup resisting as it was touching a sensitive area. I thought to call here as I am aware this facility is involved with assisting rescues and I'm glad I did cuz she went above and beyond when other places more local to me would only allow me to book in for their next available time slot (I did not need a full groom, just the paw trimmed back). She saved me the hefty vet bill as having a vet trim the fur back (again I have medication and treatment for her) would have also cost me an emergency vet visit.

Furry Friends is a great place to get your dog groomed. Kim (the owner) is very kind and gentle with your pets. My dog (West Highland White Terrier) has had issues with groomers in the past. Kim made him feel so comfortable, that he goes back to give her a kiss each time. I have been going here for the past year and I would highly recommend bringing your dog. I just found out that Kim grooms cat's as well, so next week I am bringing my cat in. =D
