Stopped there to get a snack after a really long day, and I just wanted a sub with crispy onions on it. Gentleman working the till was just doing his job, so this review is more about the way they are training their staff on the new menus, so I don’t blame him. I don’t eat cheese, but I wanted crispy onions. I was made to pay for the more expensive sub, the price of which reflects double cheese. I wasn’t allowed to just add crispy onions to the regular sub that I get. So I paid for a sub with cheese when I can’t eat cheese. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just get crispy onions on a sub that doesn’t cost more because of extra cheese…. And then I was told all the sub prices are going up to reflect all subs coming with extra cheese, which irks me even more because I don’t eat cheese, so why am I paying more for an item I won’t get?

I usually drive the extra mile to go to this location if I can... it is always so good. And to be honest my 1 star rating isn't about an employee... it is about the fact that they're not taking coupons in Kamloops yet they sent them out to all residents. They claim it is staffing, but every location has the staff.. 1 person owns them all and I believe he is being cheap. I mean honestly... the coupons help us to better afford it. It brings in more clients... yet you turn them away. Truly disappointed

Absolutely love grabbing a sub at this location when I'm on my way in/out of town. Staff are friendly and always do a good job making my sandwich. Bonus points for having a drive through!

My husband went in. My subway was on a white bun...a rather stale bun. The crust broke away from the bun making a mess. The crust was sharp.

Friendly staff, great service and a very clean place. Makes this our favorite SubwayThis past Saturday March 5th 2022The young guy taking our order was either nervous or not trained properly.He was agitated when we ordered 3 potato bun crispy chicken sandwiches and discovered only 2 buns were in the cabinet the breads are kept in. So mumbled as he left to go to the back, then came back with one to put in the microwave.Then when it came time to put the toppings on he was piling the toppings on top of the chicken and the toppings, not having a flat surface to stay on, rolled or fell off. He was agitated yet again and as he was to wrap the sandwich he was crumbling the wrapper at the top of the sandwich like a wineo crumpled a brown bag around the top of the wine bottle neck.Was very disappointed at this experience and the guys demeanor the whole time. Certainly not the same service we'd experienced back when we went here regularly.Cleanliness of the restaurant is still very good though.

SUBWAY IN DALLAS IS AMAZING!!I stopped going to the stores in town because the subs are not made nearly as well.. I will drive the extra 10 kms yo come here !!When I do an online order it’s made right, good amount of vegetables and the guys are always super friendly .. I don’t usually tip for pickup orders but do when I come here!! Keep up the great work .
