I recently discovered this store after shopping at a different store that took advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge. The first time I called this store on the phone, the gentleman that answered was very polite and welcoming. When I went to the store he was even more of a gentleman in person. He advised me on the products and educated me instead of using my lack of knowledge against me. He even gave me a few bucks off of the total price.I have been there 4 or 5 times now and have dealt with 2 other people tending to the store and they are all very polite and welcoming. They too advised me well and gave small discounts on the total. They have to be all from the same Family!Keep up the Excellent Customer Service!!! We really appreciate it! I will not be shopping anywhere else.

When you have someone that's willing to show you around and explain different cigars that's Top Notch customer service, and to top it all off because I bought more than one I was given a little discount that's how a business should be run especially in this industry with over 20,000 different types of cigars it's good to have a professionals advice thanks for the help Daniele.. nice sized shop they also have gifts and a very big humidor worth the visit

Nice clean organized little cigar store owned by a very polite, knowledgeable and helpful man.I was only able to get just inside the door and ask and order what I was looking for due to the obvious covid situation ". The gentleman owner would get it for me to be picked up. This place is a new discovery for me.I've been twice and I like it."
