The technicians are knowledgeable, professional and always explain what is wrong.Lynn, the person that schedules the technicians and answers the questions about invoices, etc. is amazing. Always professional, respectful, understanding of your needs, very helpful and gets back to you immediately. An exceptional employee that always makes you feel you are the main priority no matter how busy she is or the company is.

After calling 2 other plumbing companies who never got back to me, Mr Rooter came to our rescue. We had a clogged pipe affecting our kitchen and laundry room. They came earlier than scheduled and had the problem fixed in no time. They were upfront with their fees, professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend them!

I had Mr Rooter install a battery backup sump pump within the last year. I had them install it to have the receipt for insurance purposes in case of flood damage, but could have done it myself. I even supplied the pipe, couplers and some u-bolts for attaching the battery backup. First time the power has been out it ran for a bit, then the float switch assembly came apart and fell into the hole since they attached it with zip ties (see photos) instead of the metal u-bolts I supplied. They are incredibly unresponsive. In fact I’m still waiting on an estimate for a hot water installation from 6 months ago. They came and took photos but never sent me an estimate despite me calling a couple times. Don’t worry, I’ve taken care of the sump pump and hot water tank; at least I know the job was done correctly this time. And no need to reply, unless you’d like to reimburse me for the sump pump install you mucked up.

Needed my tub drain cleaned. They were fantastic to deal with. The follow up explanation after was great. Bill helped me understand the issue and how to best move forward. Very happy and would recommend!

I have used Mr. Rooter several times, I have several rental units and when ever I have a Plumbing issue they are my go to Plumber. They are always very prompt and courteous. Chris and Bill are super friendly and very personable.

When I discovered my sump pump had failed, I called Mr. Rooter. There was some very minor flooding in my basement. Their technician was dispatched that very same morning. He removed the old pump and got me going. They were extremely responsive. Carried the required parts with them. They returned a few days later to install a battery powered back up pump for future emergencies. Very professional. I would use them again for my plumbing needs. I would recommend their services to anyone.
