I was literally just in the store ; worst experience everBrought my daughter in after a practice , usually wouldn’t do that but no time tomorrowThe person serving wearing thibault on his sweater served us , not one word of English … considering location kind of random , West Island is mostly English but anywaysAfter picking cleats he brought them to the cash while we shopped aroundAnd he and the girl at the counter were having a good laugh , I continued watching and eventually without her realizing I was still watching she sniffed the shoesPossibly my daughters feet stunk after 2.5 hours of soccer but regardless we bought them !Anyways their laughs continued while we shoppedGot to the cash they were so involved in convo she could’ve even be bothered to say anything except the amount and continue their convo which was now all employeesSo disgusted , literally will where return to this locationI wonder if they act the same towards adults or just find it funny to laugh at kids

Great customer service, so friendly, respectful and responsive. They offered solutions and were patient. And prices are great too.

We ordered a ball from this store and to no fault of theirs it was faulty. The customer service we received was above and beyond and we had a replacement ball in the mail the next day! Staff were so pleasant and helpful. I was so impressed that we are stopping into the store on our way out east from Toronto! Definitely recommend you check it out!!

Can't say enough positive things about Naima and Premium Soccer! Despite some tough circumstances, Naima was upfront about her options and found a way to deliver a beautiful new Canada jersey ahead of this year's World Cup.

Beautiful beautiful store! Basically offer all the new football boots and and equipment you'd need. Only thing is we came and no one helped us or was at the front of the store for a solid 15 minutes which was kind of awkward.

I ordered from Winnipeg which came in due time and was very fast and with the quality of the product it was a good one but I have used the ball just twice and I’m having to pump the ball every time cause it deflates after use
