Impossible whopper is our favorite. It's a vegetarian option.Big size burger. Love it.Cashier Loveleen is very courteous and respectful. Always a smiling face.

As someone that works in customer service, there's a level of respect that customers deserve- bare minimum expectations. I was on break to get my lunch and i asked one of the food runners what kind of sauces they have, and she looked at me with a disgusted face and scoffed at me. I can be honest without dramatization and say, i've never felt so dehumanized by a fast food worker. Burger King Square one- Do Better!

Their dine-in taking order was obviously the worst. I used to order from them before. After eating the combo meal, I asked the refilling soda. They declined. In fact, they were the rock bottom in the food court. Don't come back in their store. Otherwise, your every penny will go to waste for nothing.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwichs on July 4th, I waited more than 10 mins, and my number is 83, but they called No. 90 already, the staff forgot my order. I was disappointed.

This was the first burger king I've ever been to, so it had a lot to live up to. They exceeded my expectations phenomenally. The burger I had was the best I've had from a fast food place, and the poutine my girlfriend had was so good too, far better than the McDonald's equivalent. The staff were very obviously doing their best to keep up with orders, as they were very busy, but they were still so so good even under all that pressure. The girl taking our order had lost her voice but was still really friendly to us. We'll probably eat here again

My friend treated us at Burger King we all ordered the same thing combo 1 apparently they made a mistake on mine which had ketchup lettuce and mayonnaise. The server was arguing with all of us yelling at my friend tried to lie about it was written on the burger. She was going to get the manager but she lied again. Very poor listening skills...She was very rude!!

Attention to the AREA MANAGER.. FYI u need to do a surprise visit at SQUARE ONE location after 5 to close. SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION GOING ON.To be Honest one night I was there one of the crew member was sending the raw meat with her hands and go back to the Board station to make food!!!..The shift coordinator that who works on that period was taking order instead of expediting that why she can see both sides front / kitchen. That's how the way u do it. Super Slow Service, people that who works at night doesn't know how to greet the guest, no thank u or have a goodnight and most of the time extremely RUDE SERVICE we are getting EVENTHOUGH THEY MADE A MISTAKE. CROSS CONTAMINATION IS A MUST CHECK THIS PEOPLE CAN GET US SICK OR DIE WITH THE BACTERIA.

Visited this location as it is conveniently located inside Square One.The purpose of the visit was just to get the buffalo chicken fries. The fries took a couple minutes to serve. Even after the wait the chicken fries were not fresh. It was old, stale and lukewarm. It was not crispy at all and tasted soggy. So disappointed. The chicken fries were so good at the other location.Sigh. They serve old food.Next time ask for fresh chicken fries". This will allow you to get hot and freshly cooked chicken fries...."

Never been a big fan of Burger King but I guess it’s worth the try every now and then. I’m not the one who would go looking for a Burger King
