I have never been so impressed with a pharmacy as I am with Medpoint. I was so anxious because my husband's stroke meds ran out and my dr. is closed until Monday. I went to the pharmacy anyway to ask their advice and to my absolute shock I was handed another two week blister pack. The pharmacist had taken it upon himself to contact the Dr to get an extension on the prescription. I am so grateful and relieved. Great great job Medpoint. You really do care for your Patients wellbeing first and foremost.

This pharmacy team is the best. They take their time in carefully explaining things to patients and are always very friendly and professional. I get all my scripts filled here.

Made getting a script much harder than it should have been, being patient is one thing being made to wait is not ideal especially for the nature of the prescriptions and the relief they bring. Hadn’t had any issues until recently not sure if it’s a change of management or something.

Refused to fill a valid script.When the dr called asking why they suddenly lied and said no stock but they had stock 5 mins before. Manager is very rude, hung up on my Doctor twice

Very rude manager. I was stranded in Ontario due to canceled flights and the manager hung up on my doctor twice then yelled at me when I came in person. Instead of transferring it they deleted my prescription meaning I had to bother my doctor again for a new one during the holidays. Terrible service, very rude.
