Take 5 Oil Change

I got my oil changed yesterday, the cashier was very friendly and professional. It took around 10 minutes to get my oil changed. They even topped off my washer fluid, coolant and also checked the pressure on my tires.

Do not take your vehicle here. They changed ny winter rims over to my summer rims and they over tightened the lugs and damaged 3 of my bolts. They will not respond to pay for the repair of hundreds of dollars I had to pay the dealership to fix everything. Terrible service and won't take accountability for their mistake

I went there and within 5 minutes oil change was done. Very good service. Well done guys. Will prefer always..

Came here for my last oil change as it was recommended by my friend, was told that my car was okay with regular oil instead of premium one, so I went ahead based on their suggestion. I just recently got oil change at another Take 5 location and the guy informed me that I should use atleast a blended one as my car has turbo and will be costly to fix if there is any issue with it. Really disappointed, if you aren’t sure then you shouldn’t make recommendation.

My oil change took 50mins to complete.The tech over filled my car's oil twice, the first time he emptied oil from my car into a dirty oil jug, brought it up top and put that oil back in my car. When he finally got it right" he just closed the hood without showing me the dipstick.The engine bay has oil splattered all over the place from him checking the oil dipstick multiple times.There were only two techs working

On April 14 9:40am i reached to replace my car tires, tires was offrim and the technician “Justin” said that they are very busy and request me to come after 4pm. I came home and went back @4:10, but the Justin was left at 4 and Raisk and they guy with black Turban refused to change the tire as said that they are very busy. The guy is Raisk or Raick (forget proper spelling, but the guy with small eyes)is very argumented and refused to provide me the service at all!! He is very argument guy said that they dont care, can’t do as they have two cars and two hours for each car needed. I lost my day for this tire change.i live very close to this location and thought it was convenient to have service.Unfortunately after alot of request they not done my car and i found another workshop in7 minutes drive and got tire changed. I will never go to this place as i was very embarrassed. Luckily, i found another place and that shop charged me even $100 for 4 tires.

Steer clear. Took my vehicle in for an oil change, the guy insisted I go in the waiting room while he changed my oil. 2 minutes later he comes in with an engine filter, black as night and says this is very dirty you need to change it. I said no I’ll do that myself just the oil please. He looked dejected that I didn’t want him to swap it out. So I Buy a new filter and go home to change it, it wasn’t even the same filter that buddy showed me. what a bunch of con artists. Always had good service on Ernest ave, not sure if it’s the same ownership but I will not be coming back there.
