A friend recommended is call in. I needed a few things done with my truck! Steve and his staff where able to book me in right away. Everyone else was a two to three week wait. Best service in town!

Great shop. Friendly and fast. Did wait couple weeks for an appointment. But that's just the way things are these days, wait for everything. I'll be using this shop in the future.

Just got inspection done few weeks ago. I really liked the service.

I've had three experiences with Innovation and all positive. First getting my trani-fluid changed. They were very professional and talked about my car. They showed good knowledge. The cost was less than they quoted. The second my other car needed bushings changed, but they said it was better to change the control arm, and they also identified many other issues which needed to be changed. The car runs way better now. The third they changed my camshaft which solved my car from stallingSuper happy with Innovation, not often you can find a mechanic that's trust worthy and I feel these guys are. Price is good, they are efficient. Definitely recommend them.

Was in a pinch, broke down and passing threw terrace. All the staff were so helpful and great to deal with. Even thou they were busy they got the truck fixed and back on the road in just a few hours.

Took 3 weeks a email and 2 phones calls just to get a reply and even then couldn't get a quote got dragged around then told they don't care it'll be at least 7 months before they can get me in and I should just go somewhere else. Terrible shop wasn't even looking at a big job. Very unprofessional.

Extremely high price and the car broke down the next day and it was back in the shop... if you're reading this going somewhere else

I went there to find out what was wrong with my car and he was nice and honest to me to let me know that my car wasn't worth fixing so I appreciated that. Didn't appreciate that. I had to go and find a new car but better to know that something can't be fixed then they fix it and then you find later that you can't insure your car again

Big bill for literally no help, car broke down on way home would not recommend to anyone. Gotten better help from farmers.
