I cannot describe the kindness and friendly smiles highly enough that Rory and I received from Gabrielle and Cam. We had both been there previously and were met with a similar reaction when Rory has had her nails trimmed. I approached the team about whether it made sense to groom Rory who is a BUG ( Boston Terrier Pug mix). We made a appointment for the next day and everything from start to finish was exemplary! I decided to write this prior to reading Rory’s report card but I was verbally assured that Rory was well behaved for her first grooming and that she could return. Rory and I recommend these professionals whole-heartedly, so much so now Rory is bugging me for a spa day!

Recently took our lab/golden retriever for a grooming and they did such a great job! We can already notice less shedding in the house which is fantastic. Will be visiting regularly for maintenance!

We brought our dog for a groom here. We were initially happy with the cut that they gave him, however the next day noticed he had some significant irritation on his belly and around his genitals from what appeared to be razor burn, as well as bleeding with bowel movements from some cuts around his bum. He then developed an infection to the area requiring a visit to the vet and oral antibiotics. I reached out to Pawsh Dog twice and never heard back from them. Very disappointed in the level of service and customer care.

I’ve brought my dog Teemu here a few times now and have had a great experience each time. Online booking is really easy to use and helps find times that fit best in my family’s schedule. Street parking on corydon near the shop is also really convenient.We’ve worked with Kristine each time and she does an amazing job! We get lots of compliments from loved ones on teemu’s haircuts. Teemu is quite an anxious dog, but Kristine is really good with him and I feel very comfortable leaving him with her.

Just wanted to let you people know that I am not very impressed with the grooming my dog loonie got todayI paid 86 dollars and then had to rush back to the salon during my work hours.Just to hear that we have rinsed the eye and that is the best we can do and a representative will follow up with me for loonie and i haven't heard anything's until now.I was completely terrified to see him not open his right eye and he was rubbing it against his bed.

I accept that I forgot one document at home, ( I bring her vaccines Carnet) but still showing a photo with the date up to date and all his vaccinations up to date they did not accept my baby. Since they were not sure if it was real, I told them that we are not from Canada and that all his vaccinations were from Colombia, And that was enough to not give the to service my baby.The worst customer service I have ever met.

Another groomer did not save the spot I reserved online, resulting in only a few days to get my puppy in for his pre-holiday cut. @ThePawshDogInc to the rescue, they did everything possible to fit us in. In addition, such a great clean-up! Thx!!!!
